S. K.I love going to the cinema but we just brought the kids to see paw patrol and the ads before it were so loud we had to wait in the hall till the actual movie started. It was ridiculous how loud it was totally unnecessary at any showing but especially before a kids movie

k.The IMAX screen is an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and everything has been set up with safety and comfort in mind.
D. R.Not bad, Cinema screens are nice and big with good sound (most of them) and popcorn seems to be relatively fresh (normally in cinemas its stale) but the toilets need to be kept up. They are seriously a disgrace, the smell is awful, the urinals don't seem to flush often enough, at least 2 were broken but only one marked as such and they had clearly not been cleaned in hours. I could forgive this on a Friday or Saturday night but a lazy Sunday evening, the place was very quiet.
Given all that, staff seem to be competent and for people on a minimum wage 'crapy' job they were all give nice, polite and efficient. We go there on a semi-regular basis and will keep going so, especially with the 10% off Eddie Rockets 🤣
A. O.Went to an early show at the weekend. Only 3 other families in the screen room. It was great fun.
The staff were friendly and the value of early tickets is great. There is a selection of treats for adults and kids from the ticket counter.
As its located in the Bridgewater shopping centre there is plenty of parking and you can get some shopping done before heading home.
Will definitely revisit.
T. N.Ever since they changed from the previous branch, the cinema has only gotten better! Tickets at a reasonable price, plenty of snack options, and the seats are so comfy I could just fall asleep! Love the new iMaxx screen too!
J. H.Nice seats and the theater is very quiet so long as you aren't watching a movie the day it comes out. I go here often but the last time I went the movie didn't have sound and we had to get the staff to fix the sound issue. It only took a couple minutes but due to this rare inconvenience I'm giving the cinema 4 stars.
Z.I prefer to go into this cinema here in Arklow than the ones in Dublin. It's my personal preference. Plus you can book tickets online and just scan the code received on the email, I know, I know this is in any cinema available. I just find it more convenient and the carpark is 2 euro for whole day, much better than finding the parking in town and pay like almost 4 euro per hour.

Shows up some other very grubby tired south co Dublin cinemas that could do with a refurb.
Equipment is top notch and staff are friendly.
If you're from North Co Wicklow this is cheaper, better equipped, cheaper, far easier to park and did I mention much much cheaper than heading to one of the Dublin cinemas.
The Maxx screen is outstanding. Give it a try.

T. S.It is great to have a cinema in Arklow. It would be even greater if they sorted out the poor quality sound. Oh, and bring back the kids meal where the child is allowed to pick their own bar of chocolate. Very poor value as it is now.

F. M.Very large multiplex cinema, as in almost all cinemas the food costs too much!! even though the sweets were very good, I also noticed that in the sweets instead of the large glass there was a medium glass.
I liked the film and the room was almost empty and we could choose the seats, we sat at the top and we could see it very well

My partner & I usually go once a week, as we have myomnipass - which is so worth the investment.
Only thing I would say is, the sweets are very expensive.
Overall, an amazing cinema!
E. W.I have not been to the cinema for 40 years and I had to sit true 20 minutes of advertising before the movie started. I get enough advertising on my TV at home not good enough. Won't be going for another 40 years. Lucky to get 3 stars. Very disappointed
