Reviews of RMS Lusitania
M. R.
A beautiful vessel that sunk on May 7th, 1915, claiming the lives of 1,201 innocent people. The sinking of this ship was one of the main drivers of the U.S. entering WWI. The RMS Lusitania was originally build as a passenger ship to move tourists from Liverpool UK, NYC, Cherbourg France, and Cork Ireland. Her fate was sealed by a torpedo launched by German U-Boat U-20 after sailing into restricted area. The vessel was owned by Cunard Line and built by John Brown & Co. Today, she currently rests under 305 ft of ocean. Sadly, the wreck is partially collapsed and will continue so until her final moments.
