My favourite museum in Limerick! Always wanted to visit here and the tour guides are brilliant at their jobs and so friendly, great history to the Georgian side of Limerick and this is so well preserved just like how it would have been almost 200 years ago, also a beautiful grand piano there! Definitely worth the time for a walk in the park too.

My wife and I stumbled upon The People's Museum of Limerick on our first ever visit to Limerick this past week. We have travelled in Europe and the US and spent time living and travelling in Japan so we have seen a little bit. This was up there as one of the best tourist experiences we have ever had. The building itself is amazing and is filled with incredible contents. Ending up having the place to ourselves and having a personal tour guide too was a nice touch. John could not have been more engaged and informative. He was brilliant. If you are in Limerick please go here and support this museum! A truly unique place...

What a find! Mick brought us around and was very knowledgeable. We LOVED this museum, we ran out of time as there is so much to see, we will definitely be back the next time to see more. I love that the history of this building continues as it is also used as a venue for exhibitions, yoga etc... Beautiful! Thankd Mick you brought the museum alive!

Great Museum and Art displays. At the moment there’s a “Self-Portrait” exhibition created by local limerick people & artists. It’s located at the back of the museum called the ‘The Coach House’. Check it out sometime 😊

We visited the museum and were guided by David who was so informative and engaging. Such a beautiful building in a beautiful area with a vast and extensive history of Limerick and Ireland through the years. A must visit for both visitors to Limerick and locals.
