Not as bad as I was afraid after reading the comments of other users. I'm driving an estate car and the parking spaces where in my opinion wide enough (I think even wider than my car space). Staff was helpful and with kind manner responded to all my questions.

Every time I've used the carpark with a paid pass I've had issues getting in and out. Tapping like a tool, nothing happens. I think the lad sits in the office ignoring the buzzer. Takes an age to get a response. Twice barrier was lifted without speaking to me. Once with minimal conversation. Still don't know what the hell is wrong with the pass.

I have parked my car today for the first time and I enjoyed it so much I'm going to always park here from now on. Most of all my parking host guy, Shane, has been super helpful going out of his way to help me and show me how it all works. He is definitely a credit to the company.

Last Saturday, I came in to inquire about parking my motorcycle there, and Shane was friendly and accommodating, securing my bike spot and keeping a tight eye on it while I was away. Shane and the Q Park are highly recommended for motorcycle parking.

Spire car park. Shane was very helpful. I was staying in th Gresham and needed a ticket for validation. Shane did the needful and was very helpful not just to me but to other customers that were having problem with one of the ticket machines.

When I arrived at Q-Park, I accidentally inserted my debit card into the wrong slot. Which resulted in the debit card being swallowed by the machine. One of the employees, Shane, was very helpful and took apart the machine so I could retrieve my card. Great service.

I was staying at the gresham last week in Dublin city centre I had some trouble validating my ticket, met a lovely young lad ginger hair shamus or Shane is his name, he was so helpful and polite. I had some issues with my top up card and Daniel (Dan the Man) was an absolute legend. I was stressed and worried I would have more problems but Dan assured me he’d have everything fixed and let me know I could go off to work stress free. Very narrow spots for your car. If you have a Hilux or bigger this is not a good place for you. If you have a normal car you always find a place for parking.

Dan in QPark the Spire was really helpful to us re assisting a family who were in Dublin for medical reasons that I was helping, they did not know the area well so secure parking was a must, Dan went above and beyond to assist them and we really appreciate his efforts

Park here weekly due to work. Very efficient car park and the service desk is very helpful. Also as support for the toll tag parking which makes going in and out of the car park very easy and efficient. My only reason for dropping a star was due to my car was damaged once while in the parking in the car park (No fault of the car park itself) But the service desk did help to the best of their abilities with the issue. Would recommend pre booking parking online for best value.

Well priced with hotel discount. I couldn't believe the car park was being cleaned by Paul who was taking pride in his work, and professional and courteous to the customers. An industrial cleaner was also being driven round the levels. Now I know why qQParks are bright and pleasant. A cleaner car park I have NEVER seen!

Great and safe car park in the heart of Dublin city centre. 2.70 per hour or 6 euros per 24 hours if you are going to Temple Street Children's Hospital. You will need to validate your ticket before leaving the hospital.

Great parking lot. Everyone Park on the second level, so won't bother looking there, go straight for 3rd or higher and save time. Payment machines are on the ground floor by the elevators.

An excellent car park which features a charge point for electric cars. It's a great place to park when you are spending time in Temple Street Children's hospital, as you can get up to 24 hours parking for only €6 when you have Temple Street reception staff or security staff validate your ticket.

I don't often leave reviews but in this case I had to. A big Thank you to Nichola who helped me find my car. First time I have ever forgotten where I parked it. Nichola was straight out of her office and said let's find it. I knew she saw the funny side of my predicament but kept a straight face. Thanks again Nichola. The car park is seconds from the city centre and is reasonably priced for your stay.

Central point of Dublin. Most busiest city in Ireland. All the big tech companies headquarters are situated in here. Google, Facebook, Groupon, H&R Block etc. Thousands of foreigners, many different nationalities live in this city.

Great secure cycle parking. They email you a QR code for access, and off you go. It is FREE, and 24 hours access! Clean and bright. (Please don't litter, and perhaps pick up a piece or two to deposit in bin within cycle enclosure). The bikes are safe within a caged secure area. When u QR access at cars exit, the outdoor entrance AND the (nearby) bike enclosure gate both open 'sesame' in a nice seamless fashion. Well done, the person that designed that modus operandi!

A great option for parking; you’re nearby cafes and most of the initial things one wants to hit when coming to Dublin. I’ve never had any issues with this car park that were not user error. I recommend taking a ticket over using contactless payment.

Found Q-Park The Spire to be very safe ,clean and convenient to use. Very helpful staff onsite. I lost my bank cards somewhere in the building and contacted them, a very helpful attendant Ruard found them and posted tem to me. Would definitely use this site again going forward when I'm back in Dublin.

You're not paying the lads enough that work in this place. A fella, I believe he's south African, was busy cleaning the lights, cleaning up the place, then he had to deal with some half wits that were parking their car on the entry and exit ramps, THEN these people started blocking other cars from getting in and out, not bothered by anyone just doing what they wanted.......until south African man put on his UN helmet and moved them. They tried to reverse back up ramp, but no, our SA man was on them, and literally escorted their cars out of the building. Legend

Good overnight value, tight entrance, would not recommend for beginners. But overall great location for reasonable price. Night parking price ends at 8:00 am, just to be cautious of that.

The Q Park service team searched them for me, found them and made sure they were given to the renting company! Especially I would like to mention Ruard who done far and beyond to and help me and to make sure that I will contact the renting company and have the glasses delivered to me 😊 Thank you!!!!

We unfortunately didnt know about q-park the spire. We rented a car from Hertz through our travel agent. The morning we were ready to drive to Cobh our battery was dead. The person at Q-Park did everything possible to assist us. We are so grateful for his kindness. I am sorry we didnt get his name. He let us use his phone and texted us when Hertz finally arrived to jump start the car. Sincerely grateful for your kindness!!!
