I have attended MDC Physiotherapy with a lower back problem.Eoghan was my therapist,whom I found to be very informative,friendly and understanding of what I was going through.He was sympathetic and empathic to the pain I was in.After having 6 sessions I am now pain free and am very grateful to Eoghan for all his help.I would highly recommend attending this clinic if you require physiotherapy treatment.Mary Aston

I can't express how much Séan has helped me with my back pain and how grateful I am for his help. Over the past two months, I visited MDC Physiotherapy for back problems that were severely affecting me through pain and the inability to function normally. Séan is one of the most perceptive physios that I've ever met. He identified my ailment quickly and helped ease my pain in no time. He is so professional and is excellent at his job. I especially found dry needling to be an extremely effective part of the treatments that I received. I was also provided with homecare advice on carrying out daily exercises which have hugely helped in rebuilding my strength and has positively impacted on my alignment. Highly recommended!!. I had treatment for sports injuries from all 3 physio' s, Mark, Sean and Ally. All advice and treatment was spot on. My dad also had his post knee operation treatment there, he was recovered ahead of schedule and was delighted with how he was looked after!

I’ve been doing Pilates classes with Katie for the past 12 months . As a beginner I was a bit worried I’d be left behind but I fitted in straight away the classes are small and cater for all abilities . Katie makes us all feel at ease . I look forward to going every week and feel it benefits me not just physically but mentally too .

I had attended MDC Kildare Town for physiotherapy for an injury and learned of the onsite pilates classes. My GP recommended pilates for pelvic issues so I joined the classes with Katie over a year ago and I'm loving them. My pelvic issues have mostly resolved and my general flexibility has improved immensely. Katie is very knowledgeable and the classes are not only enjoyable but also very effective for core strength and body toning. The class is small so we bond well in the environment. Katie offers different resistance levels for every exercise to allow attendees to go at their own pace. Each week the class is tailored to a certain area of the body so overall we get a compete body workout using different pilates accessories, which makes the class even more enjoyable. I highly recommend giving them a go!

I would highly recommend this place. The lovely Eileen accommodated me with an urgent appointment to see Mark as my back had packed in.
