Seriously the best Indian restaurant in town!! My favorite is Beef Curry--perfect amount of heat and spice, their boiled rice is PERFECT (I am Asian, so perfectly cooked rice is a big deal for me lol) and we keep ordering from them again and again! Definitely HIGHLY recommended! Thank you Tadka House for such amazing food, we appreciate your cookings :) Oh their portion is also quite a lot so I can eat my leftover dinns for lunch as well and it still taste great on the second day (if not better).

Utterly fabulous Tadka House Greenhills, as always. Got the meal for 2 for myself and my dad (it's our favourite!) and every bite was delicious! Chicken Duapiaza, lamb rogon josh, the best naan ever and lovely fresh rice. The sauces are rich and tasty, the meat is tender and fresh - a perfect takeaway experience! Staff are really lovely too.
Thank you so much for giving us a lovely treat and for never dissapointing!!

BEST INDIAN FOOD IN DUBLIN that I have found in fifteen years. I am so glad I found this place. I will not be ordering Indian food from anywhere else from now on! Fresh ingredients, authentic food. A real find.

It wasn't exactly how I was expecting it to be but it was similar to Indian food we eat in India. It gives the vibe and I appreciate that. It was freshly cooked and smelled amazing. Started quantity was less but the taste was nice.

Delivery was very fast, the price was good, food tasted amazing and the packaging was nice.
Eco friendly packaging.

I should say I tried out several delivery’s during my short stays in Dublin in December and May. So far Tadka House has been Number one. I have ordered almost everyday from here for the past 10 days. There is definitely a wide variety of choice they have. So I could find a different dish everyday. Also should mention their delivery is very fast, and the staff is great!

Tadka House offers a wide variety of low-calories, healthy food. The fat content in their recipes is reduced whilst retaining the very best flavours and aromas of India.
Tadka House uses 100% Irish meat. All fresh & halal food. They are the first Indian takeaway which uses nutrition analysis. The food calorie count is offered by NutriCount.

I ordered dal curry and chicken korma with rice and naam. It was delivered exactly on time and piping hot and very tasty would recommend this place 100%

I've eaten from here a number of times and it's been good. But I usually get lamb and last time I ordered a chicken curry (can't remember the name). The sauce was delicious but the actual chicken was disgusting, almost like plastic as if it was reconstituted meat that had been frozen.
It's really put me off ordering from there again

This is my go-to place for North Indian vegetarian food. I always get the Mushroom Fried Rice and the Paneer Butter Masala, which are the best I've found so far in Dublin (but a bit too oily — make sure to drain the oil first.) The rest of the menu, like the starters, are not that great, though.

The best takeaway in Dublin. I've ate from here a load of times and I have never been disappointed. Its honestly better than most restaurants. Truly amazing.
The lamb Rogan josh is my go to and is beyond delicious.
I've never heard a bad word said about this place. A true gem.

Best Indian takeaway in Dublin and super friendly front person..!! Serving Indian food the way it's meant to be.. with love and respect!!

Had a delivery today and I can honestly say it was one of the most flavorsome Indian meals I have had since moving to Ireland. Not too spicy so you could enjoy all of the full and rich flavors. This is now my favorite Indian takeaway by far. I Highly recommend this place.

Authentic Indian takeaway in the heart of bustling Rathmines. Very friendly staff with a fine selection on the menu. Check out their Sizzling Champa as a starter or any of their signature dishes. For those who can't take too much spice with their meal, Tadka do a mean Chicken Korma. All in all this is a top quality service. The only downside is that they are a takeaway - this is not a sit in restaurant. On the upside, they are open from 1pm at weekends so if you need 'a ruby' for lunch on Saturday or Sunday, give them a call and make your order. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely the best Indian takeaway I've had in Dublin. Their Palak Paneer in particular has been amazing every time I've had it, spice levels are great, mango chutney has excellent flavour. Definitely worthy of being a regular spot!

One of my favourite takeaways in Dublin. If you like Indian food you will love it. I would recommend the deal for 1 or 2 people; portions are generous and prices are affordable. You have spicy options on menu but you can also choose between mild dishes
J. R.
New to the area. Desperately needed this spot to be good. It exceeded expectations. I got the palak paneer, which has a great consistency and flavorful cheese. The Veg Palak was amazing, good assortment of veggie and the spices were good quality. The lamb Roga Josh was insanely tender. I will be a repeat customer for sure

The best takeaway in Dublin. I can eat every day. Just one suggestion if could make panner dum biryani (desi style) then cherry on top.

I am totally in awe of this place. Had a really hectic day at work and I ordered for me and a colleague. Came with a lovely heart and a cute message that made me smile and I am still beaming... Thank you Sofii.. Much Love !!!!

Ordered using 50% discount on UberEats and I still think the food was overpriced. My first time trying this restaurant and they forgot an item, had to wait an extra 30 minutes before I could eat. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine (don't eat a lot of Indian) and I must say, the food is not worth the money.

I've just moved down to Dublin 8 and I've been trying out different Indian takeaways trying to find the best one. So far I think I've tried five or six and this place is the best by far! Their food is delicious and when I call to collect it in always met by a very professional and friendly staff. I had once ordered extra poppadoms but just eat messed up the order and didn't add them. The restaurant gave me two more bags of them for free!

Really happy with the service of Rathmanies Tadka house tonight. The lady at the call reception very patiently clarified the order which was a little complicated..My car broke down so couldnt collect as requested, but the lady was very kind and went out of their way to deliver it to my residence..Thank you!

Really good food, I would recommend it we have ordered multiple times. However I will note that the food can arrive cold sometimes so we have started ordering for pickup.

By far my favourite Indian take away in Dublin-I order from here almost weekly. They always have a prompt delivery and everything is fresh and delicious. I'd highly recommend if you're into Indian food.
A. G.
A great grab and go for Indian food. You can deliver using deliveroo, Uber eats and just eat as well or on their website online. We ordered the Dal, chicken cafreal and roti. We were happy with everything we ordered. The place itself is nicely done up as well. Very tidy setup. Definitely give this place a go.

Having tried a few other Indian restaurants during our stay in Dublin, we were finally happy with our order with Tadka House. We ordered the Kolhapuri chicken curry, Garlic Naan, and Lamb biryani with extra spice. They were well done and savory. Did feel the authentic spices in the Kolhapuri chicken and relished them too. They could do a little easy on the oil, but otherwise keep up with the good taste. Also, the delivery was quick with no qualms.

My favourite Indian takeaway in Dublin. Note that they go high on the spicy scale! Medium spicy here is hot elsewhere. I love that but not for everyone 🙂

One of the best takeaways in Dublin. Right in the heart of the Rathmines village, Tadka house is the place to go for takeaways. Priced very reasonably and taste very much like home food, you won't be disappointed. The people who own and run the place are very nice and polite as well.

Lovely Indian Takeout in Rathmines. My favourite that I've tried in Dublin. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The food just tastes delicious, their meal for 2 is very well priced for the quality and quantity of food you receive.
J. D.
Very good Indian takeaway. Packaging is a little overdone but overall one of the best in Dublin
N. S.
Was worried I wouldn't be able to find proper Indian food in Dublin and ended up having some of the best Indian food I've ever had, as take out. Great tasting food, high quality but not expensive, packed up carefully and delivered quickly. I'm really very impressed.
D. T.
Overall, good Indian food in Dublin. We ordered delivery - samosas, chicken cafreal, chicken tikka masala, beef curry, Punjabi chhole, rice, naan. The order was for two adults and one kid with the goal of having leftovers (just barely enough for two nights).
The chicken dishes and the chole were our favorites. Although the chole, masala, and curry were all quite oily. We did our best to pick the food out without getting too much of the oil with it. The samosas we okay but we'd probably skip them next time. And we didn't love the beef curry.
We'd order again from them and stick to the chicken dishes and chhole, maybe trying a lentil dish.

I LOVE Tadka house. I've never actually been to the restaurant but I'm a regular for their delivery take away. They have an amazing deal where you get two starters (try the onion bahji, they're crispy and light), two mains (I swear, best tikka masala in Dublin!!!), two rice and a naan, all for €30. Best curry in town, trust me.
B. B.
Best Indian takeaway ever! Starters particularly amazing . . . Onion bahji to die for. Do not go to any other Indian takeaway in Rathmines. Staff very nice. And you can eat your takeaway on the premises if you like.
A. M.
I can say that, this is the best North Indian food which you can get outside of India. And I say that, after having lived in various places in the U.S. and now Ireland.
Food is mouth watering, tasty, spicy!

The best Indian takeaway in Dublin. The tandoori chicken starter, the railway lamb, the jalfrezi and the red snapper curry are all amazing. They do a nice sizzling champa too. It's all good!
E. B.
Delivery took an hour and a half due to driver shortage. This didn't effect the heat or quality of the food. Really impressed 😋
G. A.
Ordered for delivery today, it was a great surprise! Lovely food, arrived early and super nice driver! Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious!

Best indian food in the town.
Quality and taste is equal to home made mother's food. Reasonable rates and accurate delivery time.

Good for take away... very less curry options for vegetarians so a star less! If you love indian food but not spicy this is for you.

So far it is the best proper indian take away to be honest..
I would seriously recommend this at least once:)
Friendly staff and well cleaned and delicious Restaurant 👌
J. M.
I personally favour their Makhanwala curry. House Dahl and Aloo Masala are good side options too. Staff are very friendly and personable 👍
A. S.
Great food, really really enjoyed it. My only complaint is the amount of grease in the food, but I suppose that comes down to personal preference. Pricing is average really.
L.
Food arrived fresh and hot. Try the Jinga palak paneer (with king prawns) - it is so delicious.
D. A.
Best Indian in South Dublin. Very friendly and helpful staff.
