D. F.The best pizza I’ve had in Waterford (so far). Lovely crust, delicious sauce that has nice texture (not watery, like some), and I was very impressed with the quality of the meats, as sausage meats on pizzas can often be low quality. The base was cooked to perfection - just a little charred and crisp on the edges, exactly how I like it. I can’t be 100% sure but it looks like they may have had seating available pre-covid, if so, hopefully they’ll be able to open up that area again 😊

S. W.Slice is honestly the best pizza you will have outside of Italy! The attention to detail and the fact that only natural ingredients are used, you can taste the difference from the locally sourced cheese to the organic tomatoes used in the sauce. Also a special mention to be given to now legendary garlic bread. I wait for the pizza of the week announcement more now than I watch the news!

Great food, creative tasty pizzas (especially pizza of the week-you won’t get the same pizza anywhere else!), gorgeous cosy stylish interior with the friendliest staff! You don’t feel ‘guilty’ after eating there as the ingredients are always fresh and healthy! Great location(avoid the drive into town looking for parking etc). Definitely worth a visit! It’s Waterfords most popular pizza restaurant for a reason! 👌🏼

A. C.Having followed slice around Waterford at the start when they had a trailer to breaking speed limits to get to them from Dublin on a Friday evening for what I can say is the best pizza ever. The sauce is so flavoursome and the dough is so crisp and all the fresh topping make it a must for pizza lovers. Also the spuds and the deserts are amazing.

P. Y.Pretty good pizza most of the time, but perhaps last visit we went a bit too late, was very close to close hour, so we ordered take away, and one of our pizza was burned. And the pizzas also tasted different than before. However, their pizza is generally pretty good!
N.Nice place with friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the dough recipe isn't good, it's tough and flavourless when hot. Then turns to a biscuit when cold. The prices are also a bit celtic tiger reminiscent.

G. B.good service. flavours and music were on point, very fresh and yummy ingredients. but the pizza crust was unevenly cooked - scorched on the edge and gummy in the middle. the crust had the constitution of a wet kitchen towel, which may have had something to do with it being drowned in sauce.

Read the reviews on trip advisor and was impressed by the comments pf clients but also impressed with the owners (John)feedback and interaction with some not so good and in my professional opinion unfair comments to the way he handled them
We visited the place and the rest is all good memories because the way i say to people when you cook nice food you don't just feed people you create memories.John and his staff are very professional lovely people. We experienced to his establishment what the culinary world uses the meal experience.

B.Pizza is lovely here, got half and half, one side was veggie and unfortunately there was quite a bit of meat on the veggie side, however I wouldn't blame them for that because I ordered a veggie on the half but I didn't disclose I was a vegetarian. I assume more care would have been taken if I had.

R.I absolutely love slice.It is by far the best pizza in waterford.I get the pizza of the week every friday and it never fails to impress me.John and his wife are such a lovely couple really friendly and very passionate about their business.The pizza of the week creations are amazing and because of this i have started trying foods i would have never dreamt of eating before.His ideas are great and i check to see what pizza he has come up with every week.Some sound weird but somehow he makes it work and really well at that.I always order for collection and they noticed my name on the order had changed since i had got married that week and they decided to give me a dessert on the house (banoffee pie)which was absolutely amazing and so kind....His salads are the best especially his Johns salad everything is sourced locally and last of all its probably the best pizza in the world.
