I called gasworks earlier in the week as my boiler went and we have a newborn in the house. Greg came out and done a quote the next day and arranged the work to be done 2 days later, I couldn't believe it. Great price too. Greg arrived at the time he said he would and got cracking straight away. Himself and Jordan were nothing but professional the whole time. They were so neat and tidy, protecting the wooden floors with plastic, removing their shoes around the house. Absolutely amazing. The standard of work was second to none, they even fixed a radiator in the house that never worked and adjusted my hive. At the end of the day they cleaned up everything and took all the rubbish away. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future works and annual services. A+++

After 22 years its was time to replace our boiler. I started my research of Boilers and installers and used Google and Facebook reviews to see who got good feedback, one company kept popping up during my research and that was Gasworks.ie. So I rang their office and the the lady got Greg to give me a call, which he did and actually called over to me on the same evening. Greg arrived and assessed the layout of the house and the number and types of radiators fitted and he recommended a Worcester Bosch 18kW boiler with 10 year warranty and I also went with a Hive Thermostat fitted. Greg got the quote out to me the next day via email and accepted it online, and a day or so later I got a text and email of the installation date. Greg arrived on time on the day and worked non-stop throughout the day first removing the old boiler, preparing the pipe work and flushing the system and fitting the Boiler and the Hive Thermostat. His work was top notch and he cleaned up everything afterwards, even removing the old Boiler and fittings. Greg even went the extra mile to sort out an issue we were having with the immersion tank. We now have nice warm radiators and have a nice new reliable and efficient boiler for the long winter ahead. So overall I am delighted that I went with Greg and the Gasworks.ie team, they are extremely professional, competitive and friendly and if your in the market for a new boiler or any of the other services they offer, give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service, personal, professional and very affordable. I received quotes from 3 boiler installers and the other two of them provided me with a price that was between €1.5k and 2.5k (double the total price I paid to gasworks) more expensive. They were suggesting moving the boiler to outside it’s enclosure as reasoning and giving me lead times of 6-8 weeks. Greg from gasworks saw a much simpler solution to my issue and installed my new boiler on the date committed to, only 2 weeks after the initial quote and a matter of days after I called to book. He also mounted my nest thermostat to the wall and allowed it to separate the hot water and heating (which a previous installer claimed was ‘impossible’). I am so impressed and we’re warm and toasty in our new home after we were fearing a boiler-less winter. Thanks so much Greg!

The boiler stopped working after a day due to a problem with an existing valve, i.e. not one installed by gasworks. Greg was around the following morning and sorted it out. He's friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful to a fault. He answered all my questions directly, gave me solid advice, and worked with me to find the right fit for my home. They went above and beyond while they worked: fixing an issue I'd only just discovered with my pump, fixing leaks on my hot water cylinder, adding foam insulation around all the pipes carrying hot water. The attention to detail they had is wonderful - all the plumbing, wires, pipes etc. are neat and tidy. They worked efficiently and had the whole job done within a day. I'd highly recommend them. I'll be going back for my yearly service.

Had rare opportunity to meet the person who is very knowledgeable not only in boiler replacements but all out heating, plumbing and water supply systems in the house. Greg gave me good advice in regards to boiler options for my house, replaced my existing 12 yrs system boiler, and came back shortly after that to fix the issue with plumbing crossover that started to develop separately and unrelated to the boiler. The old boiler was dismantled and new one fitted in the matter of hours and with no hassle, also upgraded with nice & more flexible control units from Hives. Left no marks on the spot that any work has ever been done, absolutely clean and tidy. 5 star service and highly recommended by me. Looking forward to calling on Gasworks for the annual maintenance when it becomes due.

Really brilliant company I found them via the google reviews which are all 5 star for good reason. Greg was the engineer we had. I’m lucky in the sense that I can usually call on family and friends to do work. I didn’t know a gas engineer however it was like having a family friend in to do the work. I can highly recommend gasworks.ie !! I initially contacted them via their website looking for a rough quote for a boiler replacement and received a call back from Greg. Greg was able to give me a non binding rough estimate quote over the phone, for a replacement worcester bosch boiler & another vendors boiler, based on the size of my property. A few days later I contacted Greg again, to get an official quote, with some additional requirements. Greg informed me that he'd get Frank from the sales team to call me. Frank contacted me within an hour and arranged to call the next day to survey my existing heating system & give a quote for a replacement boiler & some additional components. Frank gave me a very competitive quote, gave sound recommendations regarding replacement boilers, hot water tanks & dual heating systems. There was never any pressure from Frank to pick one component vendor over another and he patiently answered any questions I had. I immediately decided to get gasworks.ie to do my work & Frank gave me the first available day the following week to get the work completed. Greg & Jordan arrived on the day of the install, the guys were punctual, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy & very conscientious throughout the day. Their work is exemplary, they tidied as they went, they even went as far as removing their shoes when entering rooms that I hadn't put protective covers down in !! Once the work was completed, Greg thoroughly explained the use of the new boiler & controls, answering any silly questions I had. Our old boiler was on its last legs and I wanted to replace it with a Worcester-Bosch as they are very efficient and offer a 10 year Parts & Labour Guarantee for peace of mind. I searched on the WB website for the nearest Accredited Installer and up popped Gasworks.ie with excellent 5-star reviews. Frank came round to survey, gave us a fixed price quote, and agreed to install within a week. Greg and Jordan then arrived on the agreed day and time, and within two days had installed our new boiler, power-flushed the heating system and fitted a 3-zone programmer with thermostats and smartphone app to control both heating and hot water. They worked quietly and efficiently to a very high standard, demonstrated patiently how everything works, and left the place as they found it, only warmer than before with new controls to save on energy and gas bills. If you need a new or replacement boiler or a central heating system I would recommend Gasworks.ie for top quality work at a fixed price.
