We had an ongoing issue with our shower. It caused us endless problems, although relatively new and was totally unreliable. Phil called out & was upfront about how busy he was but would fit us in. True to his word, he slotted us in a few weeks later & put forward a few options to try to fix it. He was pragmatic in his approach & his aim was to fix the problem with as little disruption as possible and to ensure it was sorted once & for all. His timekeeping was excellent, he knew what he was about but most of all, he is an honest gentleman. His pricing was reasonable and his service was next to none. We would recommend him to anyone who wants a good job done, at a fair price.We also have quite a large dog & Phil went out of his way to pay him some attention. Without boring you with the intrinsic plumbing disaster we had on our hands, suffice to say that Phil is a miracle worker and a lovely guy to boot!

Recently got Phil in to fix my uncles water tank and pipes as whoever did it before made a half job of it. Phil came in and fixed it all up to a proper standard and was brilliant with my elderly uncle. 5 stars 👍
