Food is first class. Best place around for steak on a stone. Have been a few times now and tried a few different dishes and everything has been just perfect.
The great friendly staff is an added bonus and very competitively priced too.
Great decor, very clean and constantly sanitised.
M. N.I was in for breakfast and had a well cooked meal. It was busy but I did not have to wait for a table. Service was good and the server checked a few times that I had everything I needed. There was good attention to Covid-19 rules, which was reassuring.

Food was good. Husbands steak was meant to be rate but it was cremated, the only criticism. We will be back again.

M. K.From the outside you would probably give it a miss but I was so so wrong. Had a lovely meal - got EXACTLY what I asked for and it was excellent. Staff very friendly and would have no hesitation in eating there again if I am passing through Dunshaughlin.

H.A place I have been visiting over 30 years now and will always remain a favourite for its Good food especially the Sunday Buffet - in fact the continuous hot buffet they provide with service by Chef & senior waiting staff! Great customer service to table for even tea service in a busy environment and a varied sitting plan to accommodate everyone for privacy and relaxation. Keep going All the team!

It was not a good experience , all 9 of us had problems i was served roast beef roazt potatoes ( nothing else !) my wifes lamb was offcuts not a slice to be seen . My granddaughter didnt want her dinner as the plate was full of cabbage . 5 of the others had issues . The only meal that was right was the fish & chips . We have been going to your restuarant for 15 years and always enjoyed it . On this occasion nothing went right . Gerry Dunne.

P. M.A very convivial venue serving good food. If encountered on the right 'discounted day' then the 'steak-on-a-stone' is well worth trying. Loo's, although clean and tidy, are a bit of a trek, but overall this venue is a good watering hole

E. R.Brilliant! We called in after our friends in Donegal recommended it. The place is geared up to please the customer. How refreshing it was to be greeted warmly, served lovely fresh food (and plenty of it) and how unusual in this day and age to have half and pint glasses of water on trays at the bar, with a choice of squashes if you didn't want plain water! How much more money could have been taken if they had expected you to also buy a drink, but they didn't. No surprise either that the toilets were spotlessly clean.
If you perceive value for money in the service and food you receive, you will return and we will certainly be doing that.

N. B.The Sibín is our favourite restaurant to go to for our Sunday dinner. There is always plenty of seating for us as a family of 6, which can be hard to find anywhere else and the food is great. It has a great selection of food on their menu. It's a very relaxing place to go and the staff are very friendly and quick to serve out the food. It caters for all types of crowds. It has free WiFi too which the kids love!!
J. M.Lovely spot for a walk. Visitors centre is well worth a visit. Restaurant is also nice with a great view of the walled garden. Would suggest checking the website as there are sometimes guided tours
J. M.Lovely bar & the food is excellent-roast beef melts in your mouth - the Chef 👨🍳 is a jovial person & even offered me a little extra on the plate from the so called burned ends - I love them bits too. Left stuffed the other day. Have called in on & off through 2016 to 2017 New Years Eve.

M. T.An Sibin Is a popular pub in Dunshaughlin, it does a great carvery at a reasonable price and is very family friendly. It also has an a la carte menu with the usual favorites and plenty of spuds! The staff are excellent and extremely friendly even when under pressure.
M. F.We went here for a Friday evening meal, it was my first visit but won't be my last. Really nice place inside, staff were excellent, food was great with large portions.
