Wow! What a whiskey collection! The bartender told us it is the largest drinkable collection in Europe. Stunning. The menu had 8 pages of whiskey, plus a page about whiskey flights. In addition to that there were two full pages for gin and numerous more pages for their other alcoholic offerings. A great place indeed.

Fantastic place with very good whiskey and people that know about that whiskey! We got a cheese board and multiple drinks and the bartender, I think his name was Gary, was spot on with the recommendations and descriptions! He was attentive, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the customer. I would go in there and try the many different whiskeys they have if you are interested at all in whiskey!

5 stars, what else! This restaurant is a huge smash! Upon entering this very modern furnished location, the fragrance or - more precisely - the "angel share" of more than 1000 bottles of whiskey welcomes you. I would presume a Whiskey bar, restaurant like this in the trendy neighborhoods of big cities, not in Killarney. But yeah, I was so lucky to find it. The choice of food is compared to the sorts of whiskey they offer, rather limited, but still not less impressive. I recommend the cod and the steak. Both were wonderfully prepared and served quickly. After dinner I spent some more time at the bar with a couple of lovely cocktails. Don't miss this. Outside of Dingle you do not actually get the Dingle Whiskey. But hell yes, they carry it at the CWBL!

This place came recommend by multiple people across our trip. We had both a whiskey flight and a gin & tonic flight. For starters we enjoyed the seafood chowder. We then followed with the short rib, fish and chips, and sliders. Overall the food was ok, truthfully took WA while to get it from ordering even though it had not quite gotten busy yet. The best food item was the short rib, it had a pull apart texture and the mash that came with it was wonderfully creamy. The sliders were also good, quite messy with the extra sauce they put on them. You can pick from the listed burgers. I tried all 3 that were offered and I personally liked the pulled pork sandwich the best followed by the chicken, then the chickpea. The chickpea was quite crumbly and the dominating flavor was the beets on top. The fish and chips was ok, the filet they used was very thick and a very thin batter so it was not for me.

This place was a great find! It was pouring rain so we ducked into this bar. The drinks they made were amazing! We came back again in the evening because we were so impressed.

I don't know if Whiskey libraries exist but this place would definitely fit the description. Just an insane selection. From Jim Beam garbage to the most niche, fancy stuff you can imagine. They have nearly a dozen different kinds of whiskey tastings. Even non-whiskey tastings too. You can even try Poitín here! (Irish moonshine). This is a great place for trying to find the right whiskey for your taste!

Best night out we had during our whole stay in Killarney. The bartenders were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made amazing drinks, HUGE selections to choose from and reasonably priced (for great whiskey and gin, if you’re looking for beer or something cheap you’d best go to a pub). The food was delicious, highly recommended the toasties or croquettes. Belly up straight to the bar for the best night ever, not that their table service isn’t good (it’s great too!) but make the time and effort to chat with them while they work - you’ll not regret it!

Delicious! Got the Roast Barberry Duck Salad and the duck was incredible - moist and well seasoned. The salad itself was a bit spicy but only because of the mix of fennel and mustard. Also got the Steamed Glenbeigh Mussels (with white wine) and they were the best I’ve had in Ireland so far. Dad had the short ribs and said they were rich, sumptuous, and delicious. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. The walkway into the restaurant is fun and service was super kind, very helpful, and incredibly friendly! So glad we wandered in. Stopped in Killarney on a Paddywagon tour, stumbled upon this gem. More whiskey than the eye can see. Had a flight of the Dingle Sherry Aged Whiskey's(6 total), one of the best tastings I have had in 20 years of drinking Whiskey. Evan, the bartender, offered great guidance and service. This is a must stop place if you are in Killarney.

They have an insanely large and varied drink list including Irish wine, sherry, and of course a huge number of Irish whiskies. Service was slow until we mentioned something, but then it picked up. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They actually have cocktails, which had been hard to find. The food was good, but not great. My husband really liked the lamb and fried chicken sliders. We both enjoyed the root chips. The service was also great up until we got our dessert. Then our server didn't come back to us for at least 30 minutes or more(most likely 40 minutes, but we weren't timing it). She kept coming up to the table right next to us but avoided eye contact. They even got their check before us. I really have no idea what happened. It takes quite a bit to piss me off as far as service goes, but this pissed me off.

This was a thrilling find on a day trip to Killarney. I'm not a whiskey drinker but was amazed by the display and menu of Irish and international whiskeys. The menu is small but perfectly suited to every taste. The staff were friendly and atmosphere relaxed. I can't wait to go back.

The food was nothing short of beautiful (I had melt-in-your-mouth cod with perfectly cooked greens and just stopped short of licking the plate), the cocktails were joyous, and the (extraordinarily good value) whiskey flight turned dessert into an entire whisky tasting experience! Literally, the best whiskey bar in the world! Great food, great service, and an unrivaled whiskey selection (lots of great gin too). They made the best Irish coffee we've ever had, and if you like whiskey, the whiskey flight is a must. Wandered in here on spec. What a find. Someone has gone to great lengths to do this right. It's really nice. If I was a whiskey or gin drinker it would be heaven. I had lunch but no alcohol.  I will however  be back for a beer at some stage soon. Food very well priced and excellent quality. The overall impression is one of quality. Quality food. Quality selection of drinks. Quality decor. Quality service. Even the background music ozzed quality. The drinks menu is very extensive. They have offers where you can get a selection of whiskeys or gins or fortified wines or beers  as a sort of taster. Great idea. Fantastic cocktail menu. Hard to fault really. It's a business that deserves support for its efforts in terms of quality. Loved it. Final comment it's not at all expensive. I am used to Dublin prices and was amazed at how cheap the drinks were - relatively speaking.

Ideal bar for some food and drinks. A must for any whiskey lover, with hundreds of different whiskeys on offer. Also some lovely cocktails and other spirits and beers. Laid back vibe where you feel comfortable in a pair of shorts and t-shirt or more dressed up. Knowledgeable staff who are happy to recommend drinks, or just share some of their knowledge. Awesome menu and wonderful ambience. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately the service was incompetent. Service was super slow, my spouse and I were served at different times, and my sides were delivered well after the main course. We wanted to order desert but gave up after 20 minutes of failing to flag the waitstaff and never did get their attention - we were only able to get the check and leave with the help of the barkeep.

Lovely bar with a tasty menu (veggie options available) and plenty of whiskey and craft beer offerings. Patrons can get a flight of 4 types of craft beer for 10€ (other alcohol options available for appropriate pricing). Staff are personable and provide excellent alcohol representations throughout Ireland (and the world).

Awesome staff and the wiskey experience was extremely informative. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve the way they drink their wiskey. We spoke to a gentleman at the bar who had already taken the experience and he told us it changed the way he drank his whiskey. I was skeptical until the class.... he was so right.

Sept.2017 If you love whiskey, go here! The pubs are fun, but these guys know their craft. I had a Connemara, Powers Three and a Teeling. Feeling pretty good after those!! Topped it off with a charcuterie board, Galway prawns and a mixed board and I was a happy camper!!

Large selection of different whiskies. Not just Irish. Although they do have most of those. You can get good advice from the staff if you know what you like. You can choose in terms of prices. I think the minimum is 8 euros per glass. And of course you can make it as expensive as you want.
