P. S.I found John very easy to deal with, has old school attitude in that he turns up on time says things as they are is reliable and helpful. I bought my property thru him and put a friend onto him who had been trying to sell for 2 years ,with false promises from other party's. Within weeks of having his house up for sale it was sold. I have found other auctioneers rude arrogant and useless.
