We had a house for sale for about 8 months in Castleknock and whilst one or two interested parties existed no contract was signed. We switched agent to DNG Castleknock and completed the sale last month . James in Castleknock was superb. The pictures taken of the house ( built in 1920’s) for the website advertising were hd resolution and stunning. Sales strategy ( specific to the uniqueness of the house ) was agreed with James and resulted in success at the price we were expecting ( less than when we started the process before James came on the scene but market has slowed) Minimal contact was required with James as he met potential buyers and opened negotiations with a number of very interested parties. He did the heavy lifting. James’s advice was very practical but based on his extensive experience and was always accurate ( as were his thoughts on potential buyers and likelihood of binding contract) . We have no hesitation in recommending James to sell your house. He was recommended to us by our son who was very impressed by him when buying a house in the area where James acted for the seller.
