The food was really good and the ambience was very welcoming. They have a good deal on Sundays for lunch. It's a steal for the price they have. The staff were really good and I wasn't let down by their service.

They also do a nice Indian beer called Cobra. I would recommend a visit here. I found there was a lack of vegetables on the menu and side orders.
C.Had been waiting eagerly for this place to start dine-in, as it came highly recommended. Had dinner here last week with the family, on our way back from Tayto Park. I'm told the food is halal, but it doesn't say anywhere.
The menu is quite extensive compared to other places. Plenty of starters to chose from. The presentation was very artistic.
The aloo tikki were super crisp, on a bed of tangy chickpea salad. Would highly recommend it. We also has seekh kebab & lamb fry.
The mains were generous in serving. Lamb shank, prawn jalfrezi & butter chicken.
The staff accommodated our request for cheese naan, without the chillies. Only issue was the lemon rice. It wasn't lemony enough!!

You can park easily nearby for free. Food and service generally good here, however this time I did not find my dish good. I ordered tandoori butter chicken, to by disappointment, the dish was mainly sauce, I think there was about 5 pieces of chicken, although the sauce is delicious, I would have liked more chicken. Service was good as always. I always rated this restaurant very positively, however on this occasion I was very disappointed. Think ill give it a miss for a whole.

I dread dining out but Cinnamon Garden is hands down my most favourite! We often get food for collection and dine in here and it has never been a disappointment. No matter what you choose from the menu, just can't go wrong!

M. H.I would go out of my way to eat here again. One of the best Indian restaurants in Ireland. Delicious flavours, nicely presented with an eye for colour and how things look on a plate. Decor is nice, good relaxing ambience and friendly staff. Also: I got a good Italian white wine (grillo) by the glass, which makes a nice change from the usual offerings. I haven't tried the other restaurants in Ashbourne but I find it hard to imagine they would be as satisfying as this.

This is not your typical Indian/Asian restaurant in Ireland, it serves very high quality food with a luxurious approach.
The service is fantastic, I actually visited the owner’s brother’s restaurant while I was in Zurich in Switzerland! Equally a great guy.
I will 100% be back, and being a lover of Indian food, I can truly say out of all the Indian restaurants I have eaten in in the whole of Dublin city; this is a gem out in county Meath and is well worth a trip out of the city.

The food at the Cinnamon Garden is the star of the show. The lamb dishes are especially tasty, for example, the lamb shank. It is a great spot to get a nice curry. The Cinnamon Garden is one of those rare restaurants in Ireland where you're not eating an inferior meal because you're dining off the vegetarian menu.
Led by Aashim, the front of house staff are friendly and well trained. Service is quick and staff are attentive to your needs throughout your meal.

Myself and my partner visited for a late (9.30pm) dinner last night (Thursday). At this time, with the pandemic still in full swing it wasnt busy, but at no point did we feel awkward or unwelcome.
The decor is on theme without being over powering or cheesy. Music a good ambient level.
Each member of staff that looked after us was exceptional. Professional, good humoured, informative and attentive without hovering. The (whom I believe to be) manager on duty was quick and confident with recommendations based on our specific likes.
The food could readily be described as Indian fine dining; beautifully presented and packed with flavour. Personally I dislike very spicy food, and the manager's recommendation of the clay oven prawns was perfect, whilst my partner's seafood curry arrived with a spicy sauce and chopped chillies as he prefers plenty of heat. Sides, starters and desserts were equally as impressive.
Beer options are limited, but they have Cobra on tap - which is all you really need. And the wine list is pretty extensive, the Pinot Grigio by the glass is very easy drinking.
All in all, a wonderful experience. Exceptional food and exceptional service. We will 100% be returning.

A. A.Went on Tuesday for a casual dinner. I have been to lot of Indian restaurant but cinnamon gardens was absolutely top class and one of the best Indian restaurant. I had paneer makhani and my friend had bhindi (okra) masala, both meals was lovely and delicious. It was bit spicy for me as I could see server must asked chef to make it like an Indian style. Complimentary side onions without even asking was a sample of great service and attention to details for Indian restaurant.
Would definitely recommend to all friends and would definitely go back soon.

Cinnamon garden has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and most importantly tasty food. I ordered from the early bird menu, which is decently priced for the amount and quality of food that you get. If ordering from the regular menu it could become expensive quite quickly. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the food was beautifully presented and came out on time. It was seasoned well and had unmistakable Indian flavour and heat to the food.

First time, upon opening the menu, our party was a bit gobsmacked at the prices that are a fair amount above a different Indian. Whilst you start off wondering: " are we not spending too much?" the wondering quickly changes to: "have I made the right choice with the food that I ordered?", As your unable to keep your eyes off the food destined to other tables. Once your food arrives, not just mouth waters up, but your eyes as well. The taste of what you ordered is something that one has to experience, it is the best Indian we've had. A common happening for me at an Indian is that I bring my food home as I had simply enough of the flavour, not going to be an issue here. Even when ordering the early bird, the same dedication and care is given. I advised of the my nut-allergy, which they took very serious and paid a lot of attention to. The staff is helpful, mindful and turned a hangry person in our party, that was a bit upset with the price, in to a jolly fellow with the biggest smile when the evening came to an end. We live in Ashbourne and we're very happy with that, considering we have a place like this in walking distance.

M. P.I attended a naming ceremony on a Sunday. They gave out a set starter which was wonderful (A tandorred piece of chicken, Samosa and pakora with a little ckickpea).
The mains were served buffet style. 5 pots of wonder (Lamb, chicken, A chicken Tika, Daals and panner). It was an incredible meal.
The staff were brilliant. If you are in the Ashbourne area treat yourself.
