C. S.Omg it was absolutely amazing from staff to food. It was my mother in laws birthday and they played the birthday song. Everything was very efficient and quick, food was lovely and hot, it was like walking into the Gibson Hotel i felt we were walking into First Dates 😉👍 staff were so nice and very hard working, lovely to see the chefs working so well together a great team all round. Thank you for making our night so special. We will definitely go again.
T. P.Our waiter Shamus was so curtious and put us at ease straight away, then throughout the meal he was so very attentive. The food was of great value and really delicious, it was so good I could not stop eating even once I felt full. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and welcoming so the whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant as it definatly deserves a 5 star rating all round!
A. M.A great night here last night. The girl that served us was very friendly. Pizzas are yummy as is the Bruschetta. This is. BYOB restaurant, they generally only allow wine to be brought in. I had some beers with me and they allowed me to have them. We will be back!
S. K.What a super Italian restaurant. I had a very tasty gluten free penne prawn dish with gluten free garlic bread. The service and food quality was top notch. No wine list, it's BYOB. The coffee was also excellent.

M.One of the best pizza in Ireland, the crust is stunning, homemade like. Makes the likes of Apache or Four Star look like a little b**ch. The steak open sandwich was to die for. Service was nice, we did not lack anything. Would definitely recommend.

A.I visited this restaurant last night. The service was very good and we had only a short time to wait for our pizza. The pizza was lovely, one of the best pizza’s I’ve had locally. The restaurant it’s self is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

T. O.Hadn't been to the new premises, until last night, so was a few years since I was there. Had to strongly persuade my friend to go as she's not big into Italian food. She absolutely loved it!! Was blown away with the place, food was amazing, staff were friendly, and helpful with the menu for her. If we could rate 10 stars it would be the easiest 10 stars to give. Can't wait to get back 😍

D. C.I dined here last night, with a group of 3 others, my first time since they moved here from their old premises which I frequented often.
The interior and seating are of a very good standard. The waiting staff are pleasant and courteous. The bring your own wine is also a nice touch.
The food while a little over priced is of a very good standard, let’s be clear here, the building is in a very good location on the main high street, and I am sure the rent & rates are also of a high price, when you factor this aswell as the over all high cost of being in business in clonmel, it is my opinion that Galileo are offering very good value for money. People should factor this in when deciding what is good / not so good value.
With small businesses closing all over the town leaving vacant properties we should embrace and enjoy the few good restaurants we have left!!
The food is fresh hot and very tasty, and it is as good as you’ll get in Italy any day.
I would recommend a visit to Galileo for a meal with friends and family.
I know I will be back.
