Z. O.Overall: food was interesting but had some weak spots, drinks were great, service was kind, ambiance was not good, price was below the value.
Food: Some dishes were really spot on like the oyster mushrooms with smoked pumpkin ragout, but some other combinations were simply not good like the vinegar jelly balls next to the quince creme brûlée.
Ambiance: the layout of the restaurant makes servers constantly bump into each other (we have witnessed this multiple times), and the time limit for the booking made us feel rushed and not able to finish our meals comfortably
Service: our servers were very kind and tried to make the best impression with the given conditions
Price/value: for 44/person, the meals were not good value, especially considering that we had to increase our eating speed for the last course and paid immediately after finishing.

Food was so tasty and staff were so friendly warm and welcoming. Especially Georgia. What an amazing asset to any hospitality business. Very knowledgeable of the menu and all options available and was great at recommending dishes to try. Would definitely recommend this place. we will be back again :-)

As someone with a plant based diet, it’s very difficult to find high quality and creative vegan or vegetarian food, Glas has it all and with very good prices. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in Dublin
P. D.Really incredible vegan/vegetarian food in a very comfortable setting. The staff were very friendly and happy to offer recommendations or explanations of some of the ingredients on the menu that we weren't familiar with. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible and they have a spacious disabled toilet. If you're looking for something different I can't recommend this highly enough. You don't need to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy this food and you definitely won't leave feeling hungry.
T. H.Would definitely recommend any veggie to come and try this place but ultimately wasn’t for me. Now in fairness I think they might change the menu regularly and the food was tasty but it was a bit too “gourmet” for me, in that I didn’t quite know what I was ordering and the portions were very small. Cocktails were also way too strong to enjoy. I would go back in a few months if the menu changed to try more stuff because it’s totally unlike any food I’ve ever had before and it was tasty enough. The atmosphere/staff/place were all amazing, I just felt prices and quality of food and drink let them down a small bit. Definitely worth a try though
K. C.Lunch here on a busy Saturday. Friendly staff, efficient service and beautiful food. Main course was bbq celeriac and apricot stuffing - delicious! Goats cheese starter also divine. Perfect combinations of tastes and textures. We will be back for sure. Lunch for two including tip ended up about €75 (no drinks). Not cheap but worth it - quality food, inventive menu and perfect food combinations. Well done Glas!
E. M. D.Had an amazing lunch here on Sunday 12th July. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. I’m a vegetarian and I had 3 non veggies with me too, who all loved it. Portion sizes were perfect and all the food was delicious. The lunch menu value is excellent with the offer of 2 courses for €22 or 3 courses for €26. My highlights were the Sweetcorn and Jalapeño Fritters, the Black Garlic Charred Broccoli and the Flamed Pineapple. Our waiter was a lovely man as well. The Old Fashioned cocktail went down a treat also. Would highly recommend it to people of all tastes and we can’t wait to go back!

A. A.This is the best opening that has happened in Dublin the past year! Where to begin? Everything about this restaurant is absolute perfection for a date or a get together with friends. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious! Glas proposes dishes where the freshness of ingredients is key. Each carrot, each beetroot, each scallop is magnified to deliver a pure flavor of the produce. The seasonings and dishes that they propose are quite original and absolutely flavorful! All this at an affordable price. The decoration is amazing! The restaurant is spacious enough that you can walk around and not feel constrained at all. The decoration is modern yet cozy. The staff is very professional and yet very chilled out. They make you feel good as soon as you walk into the restaurant by greeting you in a casual way! I recommend 100%! Well done for this opening!
s. v.Absolutely delicious food, particularly loved the baked cauliflower and broccoli fritter, the ice cream was also really special. Lovely to find some vegan and veggie food of high quality in Ireland, and it not just being an afterthought on a menu. We had really wonderful service from a lovely French gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) and we will definitely be back if we visit Dublin again! The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and the toilets were really clean.

M. S.By far the best vegetarian meal I've had. I had the special of fennel and artichoke hearts on Friday, I'd go back alone for this dish if it was added to the menu! Great drinks menu too, I wasn't drinking alcohol but the mocktail selection was different and reasonably priced. Friendly staff too. The only thing I'd prefer is a little bit more time between courses, we felt a little rushed for a special meal yet the restaurant wasn't very busy. I'll definitely be back.

Reminds me of a vegan Michelin star restaurant Tian in Vienna and Restoran V in Tallinn Estonia and Maitrea in Prague....a few more tweaks to the menu and it would be up there with the best Vegan Restaurants in the world!!!
J. L.The BEST vegan food in Dublin! The food at Glas is out of this world, there's a beautiful ambience and the staff are just lovely. We had the Sweetcorn Jalapeño Fritters, King Oyster Mushrooms and all three vegan desserts to share because we couldn't choose just one - the Fennel & Orange Polenta Cake is one of the best things I've ever eaten! Perfect for date nights, dinners with friends/family - a firm favourite, can't wait to come back!

A.Booked online but waited 10 minutes to be seated. Host seemed to be confused and went missing just for a manager to come over to seat us. No communication between manager and host. They did however find us a seat indoors despite booking being outdoors. In terms of food, all starters my group and I tried were terrific. The mains left a LOT to be desired. The drinks were fab and the barman had a delightful positive demeanour. Overall ok experience

There was a waiter was trying to ask us to leave before the two hour mark as he had another table at 2pm and it didn't look too busy, but he did say we could have our desserts at the bar, we did feel a little put out having to rush. The decor is lovely and unique.

Service was quick and staff were friendly and knew the menu well. Vegan and vegetarian high end dining is welcomed to Dublin after being enviously of many capital cities in Europe. Would highly recommend.
Note; I didn’t try the wine list but it looks like it has a large selection including vegan wines.

The service is spot-on. Marijan is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy-going. The tempo the dishes came out at was perfect. Just enough time to enjoy and savor without being rushed into the next or feel like you’ve been forgotten about. Mateo also made his rounds and is so funny and relatable. Our experience at Glas was 100% top-notch and I cannot recommend it more highly.

All vegetarian or vegan, and boy, is it tasty and properly celebrated by those making it, with best quality ingredients and true love for what that dish loooks and feels like. Love the interior and the vibe too, and staff is exceptional. Oh, nearly forgot: excellent Cava by the glass, who knew?!

A. S.The price of 3 course meal was not what I expected.Their website states that lunch is 32eur, while it was actually 44eur. Perhaps their website is not up to date... Starter turnip tartar was very good and intersting. My main dish with baked celeriac (or was it fennel) was quite disapointing, while there was some nice tasty funky bits served with it, the main vegetable of the dish was very bland and boring, I'd nearly think it was simply boiled in water and put on the plate. My partner's main meal with beetroot and cheese was yum, made me very jealous. Deserts were good. Winter Margarita coctail was not to our liking. Service was good, restaurant decor was very pretty and cosy.

R. M.I rarely give a restaurant 5 stars but Glas is one of the best places I have been in Dublin AND one of the best vegetarian restaurants I have been to. We tried the ricotta, mushrooms as appetizers and I had an amazing amaranth risotto, the dessert was delicious, the food perfectly cooked and on top of this the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is really really nice. P. M.A very welcome addition to Dublin's Restaurant scene. The food is fresh and delicious. There were 2 meat eaters in the group and they both enjoyed the food and ambience immensely. Service is excellent, staff are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about which is key. Recommend the mushroom ragout, scallops, jalapeno fritters and all of the desserts! There is a good wine list with a good price range. Go give your taste buds a treat!

I've been vegetarian for 25 years and there is very limited options in Dublin and what there is there is definitely no fine dining. Since going vegan 4 weeks ago I look forward to trying all the vegan options on their menu. They haven't disappointed. Very comfortable, romantic and friendly. The dishes are stunning visually and in taste and creativity. Staff are very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend to dine alone, groups or on a date.

Couple days a go, been to Glas restaurant with friends to do private tasting of vegetarian food and it was a blast.. We shared several starters, mains,deserts and it was perfect! Wine list perfectly created, service good, staff friendly and polite, warm space, beautiful interior.. Top location as well!

G. O.I dined for lunch at Glas today. It was amazing start to finish. The service was fantastic, the decor was really gorgeous and the food was to die for. My new favourite spot in Dublin. I went halves with my sister and we shared the ricotta and grapefruit salad for starters, the chilli sin carne and cauliflower ribs for mains and the chocolate mousse for dessert. I was wowed by the experience. Everyone should try here.

Lots of complex flavours, both punchy and nuanced, without being overly disjointed or experimental to the point of alien unfamiliarity. Had a sneaky taste of a friend’s mushroom soup and poached pear dessert and I wanted those too. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I like the occasional vegetarian meal but there is little about the food here to get excited about. Tempura mushrooms were good but put batter on anything and it tastes good. Squash main was average...nothing distinctive about the dish ...roasted squash, an overcooked rosti and a scotch egg with balsamic vinegar. All in all ...average

The food, staff and overall ambience of the place was incredible. The restaurant was fully booked but they kindly gave us seats at the bar. The atmosphere was great! The food was delicious, but I found a little over priced for some of the dishes, the restaurant has a nice calming setting maybe because we were there early, but the staff where really nice and pleasant. Would recommend but make sure you book, lunch time can be busy and you maybe turned away.

The Food is really tasty but you'd need 3 portions to be fed.
Don't get chips as they're a fiver and you can get a 5 Kilogram bag in Aldi for the same things. Really poor "fries" for such a place.
The Cocktails are delicious, look amazing, decent bit of alcohol in them is great but expensive.
So I needed a few snack bars afterwards.

L. W.Great vegetarian restaurant and definitely deserves the Michelin 2021 review! Ambience is nice. Price is on the middle upper end and definitely worth it. I had kale salad, very fresh and the ice cream in the end is a nice surprise. The main and desert is great too, you have to make reservation on their website and make despot since it’s full all the time. Loved it!
A. S.Considering it is a Michelin star restaurant, the food was a bit of a let down, especially the crème brulé. The dessert still had traces of sugar on it. Also we were charged extra at end, in all fairness they accepted their mistake and got us the correct bill later but still I had a little higher expectations from this restaurant.
