We got guacamole starter , buttermilk chicken burger and the upper east side pizza.
Everything was fantastic. Pizzas are the best around.

S. M.A lovely local restaurant with great options for vegetarians and a couple of vegan options also, which is great. The room is big so it is good for families too. Staff are friendly to kids too so it's really good. The vegan burger is nice and the vegan salad is nice also.
O. W.We have a great night, 4 adults and 5 kids. The staff were great, nothing was a problem and so efficient. The food was also superb and great coffee to finish off our meal. I had forgotten how much I love this place as haven't been in a few years. Keep doing what you are doing Team Gotham.

A. B.Just back from dinner and drinks here and it couldn't have been a more welcome night. Very relaxed vibes, good music and the staff are so nice and friendly. I had a cocktail, the arancini and the Bowery pizza with a size if sweet potato fries and brought my dessert home for later. Couldnt fault the good, really good quality Italian. Others at the table had guacamole, prawns, the chicken burger and surf n turf for their starters and mains and no one could fault their food. Had a great time in a good atmosphere. You wouldn't know there was a global pandemic going on apart from the staff in masks and distance between the tables. Will go again.

M. M.Love this place. Consistently, a most welcoming neighbourhood Restaurant. Invariably, the fare is great. We have never been disappointed in our experiences here. Today, after a long drive from Northern Ireland - in horrible weather - we enjoyed the warmth of Gotham South, convivial, pleasant & professional service. A great Pizza for him, a Warm Seasonal Salad for me. As always, I pop upstairs to view the wonderful New York Black - and - White photographs from the 1930s, 1940s.
P. K.Great place for families of any age. Good service from our waitress even though it was quite busy. Gorgeous chicken wings (we could have devoured two of the larger portions but restrained ourselves!) and super tender steak. Only downside - it was quite noisy, but food made it worth it!

Not so much on the main manu besides that (salads and burgers), but a wide variety of pizzas that looked good and are on our list for next time. Service was well, but maybe too well because at some points it looked as though every personal asked us if we are all right. But that can be executed since we had a really good time.
M. H.Relaxed, with a cool atmosphere. Great food from the Dirty Burger right through to the Cobb salad. Haven't had a meal there I didn't like. The wine by the glass could have a larger selection, though if you can take it by the bottle there's plenty to chòse from..... Yummy place!
J. L.Two years ago I would have told someone that this is the best restaurant in the stillorgan area. Now however; service is slow, they are often out of the desert that I want and the quality and quantity of food is decreased. It's a big shame that this happened as I was a regular customer here. I suppose for someone new they wouldn't know what they are missing so go here as you please.

s. s.I visit this restaurant a lot and it never fails to disappoint. There is a lively buzzing atmosphere. I went here tonight, 27th January, with family members. The food was delicious and we availed of the complimentary still and sparkling water. The service was good, staff very pleasant and the bill was v reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, but it is a popular haunt so I would advise booking in advance.
J. P.Good food moderate price. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative is that the avocado I ordered with my poached eggs came out mashed and full of onions. Menu needs to be edited. However I was starving so I ate it and suffered the consequences. Also I didn't complain on the day so that's my problem. And not unusual for any restaurant to feel they can put onions in everything without telling you on the menu.
A. M.I have eaten here twice with my family and have always had delicious meals. I had a prawn risotto dish last time that was so memorable! It came with calamari on top 😍 It’s very busy on the weekends for dinner so definitely book a table in advance for a large group!

G. W.The Chinatown Pizza (BBQ Duck) is incredible. I don't know if it would be feasible but if there was a delivery special for two large pizzas (say €25) I think it would be very successful. Anyway, excellent restaurant and would highly recommend it!

I opted for the ‘Central Park’ pizza and it tasted great. There was the option of an early bird but I wasn’t that hungry.
One of the reason I like to visit is the option of the free sparkling water.
B. O. K.Maitre D' was rude. She was obviously a bit under pressure but there is never an excuse for rudeness. Made our group of 4 to feel like we were an inconvenience by showing up for our pre booked table. She tutted and sighed her frustrations at us.
The rest of the staff were great though, friendly and although under pressure too greeted us with smiles. 3 ordered steak, 2 of those were surf and turf and 1 went for a pizza. The prawns did not appear with our steak though and we had already consumed the majority of our meal by the time they did show up. They were not worth the wait as they were bland. The steaks were seasoned well though and juicy and delicious although one of the three medium rare requests were over cooked. The pizza was good. Overall service (bar the Maitre D') was attentive, food was mostly good and ambience was nice too. Would have been four stars if we had not been made to feel so uncomfortable when we arrived. First impressions are lasting....

Went for the Cobb Salad and a side of fries. The salad portion size was great and filling. There was no scrimping on the more expensive ingredients, and the dish as a whole was great quality and full of flavour.
It was empty when I arrived so as you'd expect the service was quick, efficient and diligent, and even when it began to fill up nobody seemed to be waiting for any great period of time.
I will definitely be coming back for more at Gotham South and trying the some more of their expansive Italian/American style menu.
Cost was average for most things on the menu and very good value judging by quality and portion size.
R. B.Great pizza but noted a variation between our two visits. First time it was amazing and second time it was ok. So its a matter of luck as who is on duty in the kitchen.

G. S.I have went to Gotham resteraunt twice in the last 2 weeks (May 2016) due to recommendation from a work colleague. Both meals where absolutely superb and where very enjoyable. The meals where not overly massive portions, but the food is extremely tasty and filling. It has a nice cosy atmosphere with a modern design, with a nice view a fire stove beside kitchen for cooking pizzas which creates a nice ambience and authentic feel. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming without being over the top attentive or pushy. Would highly this resteraunt to anyone looking for a nice evening meals or lunches. Very happy customer!
