Amazing dumpling place quite hidden. An hidden gem. It's also a BBQ place for meat lovers, but also vegetarian options available. It looks like a cantine, the kind that doesn't look much but where you can find amazing tastes. The music is great. It's well priced for the quality. Highly recommended for an Asian taste.

Delicious dumpling. I got the Pork & Chinese Cabbage Pot Stickers, with a side of Fried Rice. €11 in total, good value. The dumplings I ordered come in a portion of 6, with a soy based sauce on the plate. While the dumplings were delicious, I would have to say that they weren't really 'pot stickers', there was almost no browning on the bottom, they weren't stuck to the pot at any stage. Would still recommend though. The restaurant is small, so make a reservation to be sure of a seat.

Great little place, tucked away from the bustle of Capel Street. Good food and brilliant value for money -- 10€ for a filling, tasty lunch. Service isn't the fastest but not slow either.

The dumplings were really good and there was lots of options, good value for money. Only one thing to note: Xiao long bao are not really xia long baos, it's more something between a dumpling and a bun. If you're looking to try out real xiao long bao, I wouldn't recommend to order them here. However the Prawn & Fish Egg Wonton are AMAZING.

This place is GREAT!! Everything I tried was delicious!!! We order different types of dumplings and all of them were great but I have to say the duck/pork one was the best ❤ I recommend to book as the place is small and is always busy. Another plus is that for the prices you can find in Dublin is not expensive at all, I just hope they expand the place ;)

My husband and I each had a miso soup to start and shared 4 dumpling dishes for main + a dessert dumpling. All dumplings are delicious except the roast duck xiao long bao with hoisin sauce for us. Something was a bit off about it. I didn’t like the taste and it’s not a true xiao long bao! Where’s the boiling hot soup ooozing out? Really enjoyed the chicken with homemade satay sauce & fried peanuts, beetroot dumpling with prawn & crabmeat and beef with crispy shallots & teriyaki sauce. Would love to try the spinach and mixed wild mushrooms one next time. The most memorable was by far the Nutella dumplings, marshmallows and vanilla ice cream. Usually I find restaurants give you too little ice cream with your dessert! Little Dumpling gives you a very decent portion with honeycomb sprinkles on top, which is perfect for the 4 Nutella dumplings. You have to get this for dessert or you will be missing out!!!

My review of this place is quite contrasted, bear is mind this is a CASH ONLY place, they do not take the card. Little Dumpling is a small restaurant, which probably has seating for no more than 20-25 people. The inside feels very cozy since it is so small, and it is a good place for a gathering with friends (definitely not a place for a date). I was quite disappointed by the dumplings because they tasted very bland and not authentic at all, but they are probably adjusted to fit local palate. Their menu has a wide variety of choice suited for vegetarians, meat-eaters, pescatarians, and they adapt to people who have allergies. They have dinner and lunch special deals and are generally quite affordable. I was particularly disappointed by the service at LD, which is why I would probably not return there despite the cozy atmosphere. I called three days prior to make a reservation, and when I came in, they told me they had no record of the reservation, which was an error on their part. Thankfully, I went there on a Sunday and only waited 10 minutes for another table to be ready, but on a busy night such as a Friday or Saturday, I don’t know what they would have done. Finally, when we tried to pay at the end, the cashier was particularly rude and yelled at us.

Super tasty~ ^^ There’s a lunch special from 12-4pm where you can get dumplings, miso soup and a side for €10, which is great and extremely filling! Staff are really nice, and great service! Definitely check it out

I had read previous reviews and was slightly worried, however our visit was perfect. The waiters were great, food came quickly and plenty of water for the table. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Yummers! I got the all-in menu which I thought was great value. Most couples were sharing, so it was a mighty feed for one #covidbaby Every dumpling was a taste sensation (the kimchi one was spicy!) and the accompanying Miso soup and side dish rounded up the meal nicely.

Went here yesterday for the lunch deal which includes a choice of dumplings, miso soup and another side( kimchi or rice or more miso soup). Portions are decent, but not filling. The kimchi was really fresh and tasty , but the dumplings themselves are a bit gentrified. It’s a modern take on a classic food. Sweet sticky peanut sauce on pork / prawn dumplings didn’t exactly tickle my taste buds.

Excellent little restaurant ! Serving dumplings exclusively, they're all to die for and very affordable 😍👍 it gets very busy so you might want to book in advance or plan to wait for a bit. Did I mention they have dessert dumplings filled with Nutella ? 🤪

Great value for money and yummy dumplings. Small and cosy but we'll laid out space. Expect queues especially on weekends so consider booking. No fuss and a small diverse Menü. The chicken satay skewers and prawn and egg dumplings were stand out for us.

I adore the €20 special to get every dumpling, miso soup and side! I get to try every dumpling for dinner and then I can make a noodle soup for lunch the next day. It also comes in the most fabulous box for takeaway, really feels special.

Would definitely recommend booking as this place has limited tables and was very busy. Food was delicious. We had the dinner deal for €12 each which consisted of miso soup each, a choice of dumplings each and a side. So very good value. The nutella dumplings are also delicious and I would highly recommend. Will definitely return :)

Cheep and cheerful Asian eatery in Dublin 7. Perfect for lunch or after work nibbles. Simple, no frills alternative to traditional tapas. Very quaint, very, very basic, but you sort of know that from looking at the outside in and also from the general state of the area! Great niche idea and great little find.

Delicious & great value with lovely service. We had our one year old with us so the table was a little tight but we expected this a small restaurant. Waitress was so sweet and offered complimentary dessert for having to seat us at a small table. Icing on the cake would be more vegan / veggie options.
