Absolutely amazing place for Bubble tea and Bubble waffle. I was there with my 3 kids and husband. They did the bubble waffle with lots of love and bubble tea was so delicious. Great and fast service. We will come back for sure. Thank you guys for this amazing experience with you☺️.

Absolutely incredible! Staff are very friendly. Very busy as it's quite a popular place. The bubble waffles are reasonably priced and taste amazing! We had a Chocolate and banana one and a Chocolate and M&Ms one. Both were very tasty but difficult to finish as the portion size is very large! A great place to go for dessert!

The bubble tea here is amazing! There are so many available flavours. You also get to pick the toppings (taste of the bubbles), the amount of ice and sugar, and all that for a really reasonable price under 5€. I got the Taro flavour which I only found in Korea before and it was absolutely delicious. The honeydew flavour was also extremely nice and I would highly recommend.

Delicious waffles in the heart of Dublin. The staff is very kind, the prices are corrects and they have a lot of choices. The only problem is that there is not enough space inside only 5 or 6 chairs so if you can eat inside you are very lucky

Surprisingly delicious, it exceeded expectations! The mixture of the warm bubble waffle with the cold ice cream was a perfect combination. The waffle was hard on the outside like an ice cream cone, but soft on the inside of the 'bubble', it was so delicious. I picked Oreo and Nutella as toppings. It's a little bit pricey for a dessert, but it tasted so good and the concept works so will definitely come back.

Some of tastiest bubble waffle in Dublin. The pricing is what you would expect at another niche ice cream shoppe in other countries. The Peanut butter banana is my favorite and the customer service is always top notch. The area is small so seating isnt always readily available during busy times, but the wait is worth it for these delicious treats.

I used to have waffle with apple jam and cream in South Korea and this waffle makes me miss it a lot. Very tasty waffle and such a great price. You may think it is a bit cold to eat ice cream on waffle but just plain waffle must be great. If you are looking for a lovely street snack, I highly recommend this! Bubble Waffle Factory is an amazing little find on a side street off of Temple Bar. The lines are lengthy but worth the wait. There are various options to choose from- just the bubble waffle, banana Nutella, and basically whatever you want! If you find yourself fancying a hearty dessert on the go, Bubble Waffle Factory is the place.

Sweet bubble waffle wrapped into a cone shape and filled with a heaping portion of ice cream of your choosing, topped with any number of fruits, sweets, chocolately options and a "drizzle" on top. The giant, yet delicious dessert was the perfect finish to our evening of walking through Dublin. Definitely enough for two! We got to customize our waffle to all our favorite preferences!

My favourite item here is the yogurt smoothie! Highly recommend! This is different than a regular smoothie made with milk and is made with frozen yogurt (+ whatever fruit/sweets you want in it). I think their bubble waffle is decent, prob one of the better ones in Dublin! I'm originally from LA (California) and have been living in Dublin for 2yrs now. When I miss Asian sweets, this would be one of the places I come.

It’s like you are breathing in sugar before you enter this place. The air is just so sweet, which sums up the experience we had inside. The staff were very friendly and the Mr Oreo was DELICIOUS!! I do recommend sharing it with someone if you don’t have a strong sweet tooth. It can also get fairly busy at night and don’t forget to bring some colorful post-it notes!

This tiny shop is my go to for bubble tea in the city, staff are always polite and the quality is consistent. The menu is pretty standard for any bubble tea shop and gets the job done. Wait times can be a little long even with a queue of two or three people, but it's nothing ridiculous.
