Great service. I got the kebab meal. I really like Romayo's chips. Kebab was delicious, just wish it was a bigger portion. They serve proper milkshake here. Thick with plenty of flavour.

Nice, hot food. Huge range! Although service is usually pretty slow whenever I order through their app for delivery. I had a problem with a collection the last time I was there, there was some mix up and my order was delayed by another 25 mins. Thankfully, I'd no place to be and I wasn't hangry. Supervisor/manager plus other staff were super apologetic, offered me some free drinks. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the food quality, freshness and temperature. Repeat customer for a while now.

Lovely food. Lovely staff. Beautiful new shop. Excellent photo on wall portraying the life of Romayo's. The chips are thick cut and always perfectly cooked. I had the taco chips. The taco sauce is world class.

Proper cooked chips in comparison to other chippers. You can tell the burger are made with love as they are very fresh. Loved it! Please, PLEASE keep it like that!

So expensive. Not even doing a drink with a snackbox. No sachets of salt. I cannot understand why the best chipper as it just average. Staff nice. But could not care if I ever saw this place.

I went there for a burger meal and it was my first time. We liked the food and the chips portion was big. Overall price wise, quantity and quality wise very good. Nothing to complain. Will go again for burgers. Not sure about other food items as I have never ordered them.

Had fresh cod & chips there recently, up there with the best, nice thin batter, chunks of perfect cod, and chips are to die for, staff are friendly & attentive & place is spotlessly clean, will visit again soon.

Great food always! Had a slight issue tonight was giving the wrong change by a driver in fairness to him that was my fault for speaking to him constantly. Lovely genuine driver extremely polite hopefully he faces no repercussions as a result. A credit to the company ((new driver in citywest))

Food was so fresh and tasty, I'm so happy this has arrived at City West! Will order again soon. Some of the reviews are extremely harsh and I think for a starting off restaurant in the area they're doing great.

They forgot 2 things from the order but when I rang they apologised profusely and sent the stuff very fast with some complementary chips, giving 5 stars because the food was probably the best I've had from a chipper, chicken is perfectly seasoned and the curry sauce is as good as it gets

I have eaten in many Romayos places the food tast good. the price is acceptably. i prefer Dinner box on Friday. but they have every day a different offer . by the way tip if you order via there App you get every 10th order free
