Love their ambience and food experience. Their achari lamb ghost is delicious but somehow it has been taken down from the menu. Upon asking them to serve us achari lamb ghost - they did serve us but definitely not the best one. Their mango shake is a must try.

Have had so many takeaways from this restaurant which were always so good, we were dining in tonight: 1) friendly, professional staff, quick service; 2) cozy and fresh, lovely interior; 3) absolutely amazing food: spicy and full of flavor; 4) attentive to detail and appetite enticing presentation - everything was superb. A beautiful little restaurant serving delicious Indian cuisine. Having recently moved to the area, we had only ever gotten Veda to take out, but recently dined in and enjoyed it immensely. It’s cosy surroundings are bright and comfortable and the food is delicious and reasonably priced, especially considering it’s quality. Looking forward to revisiting soon.

As somebody who eats a lot of Indian food, this was recommended by a family member and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. The Raan-e-Sikandari Lamb is really excellent - I will be ordering my take aways from here going forward.

I ordered Sham Savera vegetarian dish and it was as good as it can be. One thing which i really liked was the authentic Indian taste and all the flavours that were popping in the mouth. I would love to order naan bread if there would be option of having it with eggless dough.

Great friendly service, despite the ongoing Corona issues. Order away from the traditional sauce lists (which are bog standard) and it's really quite good. Decent vegetarian options as you would expect. Aubergine dish a highlight!

I'm a regular customer and overall much enjoy the taste and quality of the variety of dishes I've had. However I was disappointed that the lamb tikka masala I had recently was extremely sweet. It didn't used to be and now I'd be reluctant to have it again. I don't expect a sweet taste from Indian dishes. Also the tenderness of the lamb has been inconsistent the last while, some pieces being quite tough and chewy.

Had dinner here with my wife for the first time last night and had a great experience. The food was excellent. Really tasty, beautiful flavours and a menu with plenty of choice without being overwhelming. The staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Veda is a wonderful gem tucked away in Cabinteely. We went here most recently to celebrate a birthday and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was very tasty and there are even options for someone like me who does not do well with heat. I would highly recommend this spot.

Veda has never dissapointed with a wonderfully varied menu of Indian dishes from across India and some interesting starters and sides. The wine list is well laid out offering a variety of wines by taste as well as the usual region and grape. The welcome is always very friendly and the service is excellently polished! The take-away menu offers the same great variety but eating-in offers a great experience too.

Me and my colleague had been to Dublin for business visit. We were really hungry after day long of travel and flight cancellation. But we managed to find this little gem which may our evening. The staff was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. The food is one of the best i have ever had in the UK. Each dish has its own character and taste. The food was very fresh and of high quality. I highly recommend the Dahi puchka, Achari baingan and Paneer masala. Will certainly visit when I am here again.

Best Indian restaurant in Ireland for food quality, value, and service. The mango lassi sample at the start of the meal is terrific. The sauce trio with popadums is gorgeous. I've tried both meat and veg dishes and you can't go wrong. Coeliac friendly and aware. The service is simply excellent. Attentive yet not too much so. There is a genuine care for quality and your enjoyment as a guest. We had booked a large party (need to book in advance as it's popular) and I was asked for a deposit as it was a Saturday and apparently people book then don't show up which is very difficult for a small restaurant to handle. So I understood and did so. At the end of the meal we all forgot to subtract that from the final bill. The next morning I received a call from the manager about the error. They ended up holding my credit till the next time I was able to book for a date night with my husband as I wasn't able to come back to get the credit back on my card. He offered for a driver to even bring the money to my house. Genuinely customer centric. Like I said, best Indian restaurant in Ireland! You won't be disappointed. And lovely atmosphere!

The best and most authentic Indian food in Dublin!! If you go once you will keep coming back! The place is a bit out of sight being in the small neighbourhood of Cabinteely but it is absolutely lovely and the staff is very welcoming and attentive! Highly recommended. Two chillies and above means Indian spicy :))

I have never got food from here and not really enjoyed it. I normally just get a carry out and bring it home when I need to feed only myself. For carry outs ring before and place your order because you can expect to wait up to 35 minutes from placing your order on the phone because this is firstly a reasurant not a fast food place. 5 stars for great food and nice friendly staff.

It's rare to find a local restaurant where their in house food is as good as their take always. I am of Indian origin, but I am based in US, and had been briefly in Dublin when I found this restaurant. This context is to ensure that the readers realize the magnitude of my following comment: Best Indian Food Of My Life! Even though it took me 20 km to get there from downtown Dublin, I am so glad that I made the trip. Saag Paneer, Daal Makhani - I can still remember the taste. Thanks for wonderful food. Great presentation and service - even though the size of area did not do justice to the skills of the chef, I thought.

Some great dishes. Occasionally food can be a bit 'dry', but more hits than misses. Lovely tarka dhal (lentil dish) and good, rich and spicy curries. But there's also really subtle flavour ranges, too, for those who don't want their food competing with flamethrowers. Lemon rice and keema naan are exceptional.
