Really nice, luxury feeling, fusion restaurant. Ordered the menu for 45€ with starter, main, dessert and a cocktail. They also bring corn bread and home made tortilla chips to nimble on. It’s a bit on the higher price mark but the taste, creativeness, service, atmosphere, display are totally worth the price. We were two so ordered quite a few different plates, all were spectacular. Located at the hard rock hotel. Will def consider going again for special occasions and celebrations. Hidden gem.

An unique cuisine, Peruvian food in a cosy setting served by fantastic staffs. A very spacious restaurant with a relaxing ambience and comfortable seating for single, couple or groups. Stephano and the other staff (missed his name) were extremely courteous, friendly and attended to all our needs, including our request to customise food. They were genuinely interested on elevating our overall experience. Chimichurri Chicken Wings is something that one should never miss trying here. Chifa was very good too. The bar is right beside the restaurant. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit and revisit.

How nice is to find a Peruvian restaurant in Dublin :-). It's pricey, in particular considering quantities, but very tasty! You have a good choice of traditional and more original cocktails to start with. The down side of the menu is that pepper, paprika, and/or chili is pre-mixed with the food in all starters and mains apart 1 (the steak that was so tender BTW). That obviously reduces your choice if you have an intolerance or allergy to that your of food. Dessert wise, the churros coming with the hot chocolate was too oily (even for Spanish standard) but the other one with the three milk (tres leches) was excellent. All the dishes were very colourful and very well presented. The waiters/waitresses efficient and friendly, and the talented cook accomodating as much as he could.

Lovely and delicious breakfast we had. The staff were so friendly and offered to us a complementary smoothy and pastries. I highly recommend it for a breakfast. During weekend you need to book in advance because its packed.

Really delicious food. Fresh and tasty. Expensive enough but when staying in the hotel it's a great option.

This has been one of the best restaurants I've been in Dublin. The food is quite original and delicious, the service is great and so is the ambience. Is not exactly cheap but €45 for a three-course meal at this level is quite reasonable.

For now it's a nice quiet and comfortable place for a midweek pint in the city. Nice snacks to be had as the restaurant is just bedside the bar. It been renovated recently and nicely done. Will be back for more.

I went here to try it out, firstly the service was very good and everyone was very attentive. I had a 3 course meal, for the starter I had was the seafood soup and although the prawns were overcooked and very hard the rest of it was quite tasty. I had the 8oz steak for mains and let’s just say it was the most delicious steak I’ve had in a very long time I would be more than willing to pay more than I did for this. I had Churros for desert and it topped off an over all quite delicious meal apart from the seafood slightly being a let down. I will definitely return.

Excellent Peruvian (yes, really) restaurant. First off, well done on a great safe Covid experience. Visited on 10th July (easy booking on opentable). Greeted by the door being opened for us. Host was wearing a mask and quickly guided us to the table. Loads of space here - really great for social distancing. Our seats were nearly 3 metres from the next ones (we sat as two in a four seater as did our neighbours). Menus already on the table, orders for drinks taken efficiently - a super collection of cocktails. Went for the Pisco Sours which were brilliant. Amuse bouche provided beforehand - nice cornbread with dips (but we had to share the dips - hmmm I would prefer individual ones).
Went for the 3 courses plus a cocktail for 45 euros which was excellent value. Had sweetcorn pancakes, barbequed monkfish, and churros. All three were excellent quality and really different to the usual restaurant fare in Dublin. An espresso was 4 euros which I thought was way too pricey. There was a great view of the open kitchen - again everyone wearing masks there.
A couple of things to work on: the DJ in the adjacent bar started shouting really loudly when his set was starting. This seemed to be accidentally piped through the restaurant and was startling - the floor manager quickly sorted this out without being asked. Also at the end of the meal there was a horrible sensation in my throat which seemed to be a disinfectant piped out (I heard hissing). It went after 10 minutes but was unpleasant.
Otherwise I thought this was really excellent and would absolutely come back. Their bar is also spacious (and was empty), the toilets are beautiful and clean. The staff are extremely pleasant and courteous. Well done Zampas team, in difficult times you are doing almost everything right.

Wow!, this place is SPECIAL. Beautiful Pan-American cuisine, authentic and delicious. Very cool vibe, music and setting is great right on Exchange Street Upper. We had Ceviche Seabass, and Sushi to start, followed by Venezuelan Lamp Chops with Chimichurri done on an Assador grill, and a rockin signature Bacon Chop, seriously good food from South America........... we were taken care of by Stephen, super attentive and friendly...... Zampas brings a new cool to cooking!

This place doesn’t have anything Peruvian, the food wasn’t good at all, we ordered a Peruvian drink (Pisco Sour) and that was far from good - however the service was outstanding that’s why I give 3 start instead of 1...

Fresh, delicious and amazing 🍸 drinks! The staff is very patient, we bombarded them with questions and they were so pleasant and helpful. We had great personal conversations with staff, as well. Props to the staff for a great experience! They also do room service for the hotel, the staff truly goes the extra! We are beyond satisfied!!

Absolutely love this restaurant! It's fine wine and dining, Peruvian style. The Peruvian cuisine is so delicious that you may break etiquette and start licking your fingers - yep, it's that good! The decor is fabulous and to be honest, you wouldn't know that it's connected to a hotel but the quality is definitely 5-star. I hope to go again soon

(Translated) Was kann ich sagen ?? Das Restaurant ist mega geil. Offene Küche. Hochwertige Produkte, die künstlerisch auf dem Teller präsentiert werden. Sehr guter Service. Alles hat extrem lecker geschmeckt.
Really great, the mixture of Latin American and Irish flavors makes the perfect combination to taste a delicious Ceviche, or chocolate with churros, among its other variations. The perfect attention of your waiters, they make an artistic combination of flavors and decoration .. Thank you, thank you, Danke.
Deserves more than 5 stars.
