I eat in restaurants a lot and Zizzi’s Dublin Suffolk street is by far the best Italian restaurant in Ireland. We had a very warm and friendly welcoming from Wayne. It was extremely busy when we were there but all staff especially Wayne were continuing to be friendly and helpful throughout. I know I wouldn’t be very nice if it was that busy in work running around but they are. Service was extremely quick and we could see the amazing food being cooked by the extraordinary chefs. Thank you all for everything we will be seeing you again ☺️

The most amazing Italian we have ever tasted. Also the young man serving us was so friendly 5 star service was provided by him. Thank you so much we would highly recommend you will not be disappointed at all xx

Food was delicious with really generous portions. The cocktails were really tasty, and the staff were all really friendly. They even gave us complementary pasta crisps.

Pizzas rather small and did not excite me enough considering their prices.
Atmosphere of restaurant very nice and Staff very friendly,
Newly-introduced digital ordering system is a good idea, but UX needs to be improved (e.g. make payment options like paypal available, and possibility to adjust meals, e.g. toppings of pizza. We received only what we ordered in the app, not what we communicated with waitress).

Tried pizza with goat cheese and caramelised onion and Aperol spritz in Zizi. I really enjoyed the dinner, the waitress also brought pasta crisps on the houses, which was nice. The only thing I did not like is very untidy tables in outdoor area (they had some holes and they were full of small pieces of food, brrr), not pleasant at all.

Fantastic restaurant, beautiful food, staff extremely helpful and friendly given the amount of measures that are currently in place! Care for all vegan, vegetarian etc! Will definitely be returning again whenever I’m back in Dublin! 🙂

I was a big fan of this place for the food choices, but each time I've visited here the experience has gotten worse, recently the tables are crammed together and have not exactly been comfortable or spacious.
We got offered a table that was very crammed and probably shouldn't have been there, we asked for a different one, we got offered one essentially at the doorway on the entrance. There was a red fire exit button flashing at my level in front of me for my meal. I don't think there should have been a table where I was sitting the second time either.
I wouldn't usually have a problem if it was busy or if there was no space anywhere else, but the restaurant was essentially empty for the entirety of our dinner.
The food is very nice and the waiting staff are friendly, I think the restaurant needs to be more customer focused as I didn't really enjoy the experience my last few times there, and i will probably not return unfortunately.
