Does a Thai Chef know how to cook Indian food, or an Indian Chef know how to cook Thai food? Early bird menu at €19 OK for quantity, but lacking in quality. Was the Thai Chef off tonight ? I chose Thai and had Satay followed by Crispy chicken and Pilau rice. I'll try the Indian menu next time to see if it's better. 😉

Excellent Indian restaurant, the staff go above and beyond and the food is divine. I’ve had the best Naan bread in Ireland here. They do Cobra beer on draught which goes so well with the food. We go here every time we visit Co Clare, wish we had an Indian as good as this one in Cork!

The food we had was absolutely beautiful. Really delicious and generous portions. The early bird deal is great value. Only downside is if you have a nut allergy your choices are very restricted.

This place is lovely. I love Indian and Thai food so I obviously liked it. The staff are nice also. It is very luxurious with fish tanks in the wall and LEDs on the ceiling. I would recommend Red Onion Indian & Thai Cuisine to anyone.

Excellent food, service, staff and ambience. So so relaxing and so so comfortable. Can't say enough good about this place. Wonderful. We were a large group and with kids and everyone loved it. A really amazing place.

Stumbled upon this place as we were looking for somewhere with outdoor seating to have dinner, and had a lovely experience. Cosy seating on the balcony, great service and gorgeous food. Good vegan selection, as chef offered to make almost any of the vegetarian dishes vegan, and my non-vegan partner was over the moon with his teriyaki salmon!

This place is one of my favorite Indian places to go. The food is top class and also they do asian food as well. Very very nice staff. And pricing is not too bad. If you are courageous go for the chicken vindaloo. ( hottest dish i have had here)

Nepali want to be Indian and Thai. Food was ok I ask for Basil fried rice with tofu What I got was fried rice with basil and vegetables curry in 2 separate boxes , food was ok I mixed it made it basil fried Rice with tofu and veg.

Excellent food at great value. Delicious Edit: was near Ennis on the way back from holidays so decided to take a little detour back here and was so worth it again. The actual definition of a hidden gem. They have outdoor seating upstairs on the balcony too and it's so cute!

Found out about place from my wife's work colleagues. Delighted to say whether your eating in or getting Take Away the food is absolutely wonderful, which for me is high praise indeed. The place itself is beautifully laid out with luxurious furnishings. Staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu itself has both Indian and Thai options with large selection of dishes available. I can't wait until my next visit. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Had takeaway a few times and seated inside a couple too. Usually go for the same menu items but it's always lovely food and great service. When collecting food, it has always been ready when they said it would be. Ordering online to pickup is dead handy too.
