B. S.We ordered a fish sandwich that was very good, but the fish and chips were very oily, the fish dropping oil. Maybe it was because the restaurant was opened for just half a hour, was 3:30pm. The staff man seemed not too happy to attend us, was a bit rude. We were a little upset with the service. Maybe is better to order the food o the app or website to don’t be disappointed with the service.
M.Does the basics really well. Great fish and chips as you would expect them to be. Very prompt delivery but at 4 euro for local delivery a bit pricey.

A. M. D.been here about 7 times, never a problem with food or staff. They have the nicest chips and their food is good in general. The seating area is pretty small, but we only sat in 3 times and the rest were take aways. They had a place to post notices too. Staff were friendly enough.

Really amazing service for a low price. Friendly staff, pretty interior and amazing food. 100% go there, I had the pancakes and they were divine! Small things like the table wasn't cleaned and the small size of the café brought it down a bit. But when we were having tea we got something to put our tea bags in so honestly that kinda makes up for it. Lots of places don't do that.

J. S.Just had the gluten free fresh fish meal that they do on the first Saturday of every month. Such a treat to have a take-away as I can't usually, having coeliac disease. It was very good. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the area we sat in was clean and tidy. Very happy with my experience there.

O. C.The staff are very friendly, food was cooked fresh and what I asked for. I ordered a kebab and chips, kebab was lovely and the chips are like home made chips very good but sometimes there can be a lot of small hard bits! parking can be hard to get during busy periods.
S. T. W.Nom nom nom :) their food is great especially the chips which are cooked freshly to order, they have a great menu and all priced reasonably and with a great selection. You're not waiting long for your food either. There's a few seats inside but they get filled up quickly but I have almost always used it for takeaway and it's not a problem. Like I said fast and freshly cooked, great value for money, big portions and I mean big, we usually get 2 large chips between 4 adults and there's a little bit left over after we have all eaten our meals.

Jack Jordans need to do better if they are to retain my custom. In particular I think that they need to improve on how they present the batter. Today it was overcooked and the chips tasted like they were over processed.

The very rare time that they don’t have something they’ll let you know and let you pick an alternative (even a more expensive one) for free. Delivery driver is always extremely polite and food is always hot. There’s a seating area inside with plenty of room for several groups to sit down and eat the food fresh.

T.Consistently the best fry-up breakfast you'll find. Phenomenal pancakes on the breakfast menu. Do yourself a favour and get the 8oz steak burger. Very friendly staff.

E.Ok, firstly, they're nice and polite, well trained in customer care, secondly it may cost you 1 or 2 euro extra there than say supermacs but the experience and food in my opinion is far superior and well worth it, especially since supermacs hiked their prices last year Jordans makes more sense to me... judge for yourself.
