Food was ready very fast, no more than 5 minutes wait.
Only takeaway, no outdoor seating.
G. O.Despite only being open for takeaway the Pasta Factory delivers exceptionaly delicious Italian food. With a menu that allows you to choose specifically the pasta and what it's served with, a customer has a huge variety of choices, and the taste is amazing, reminds me of what my parents would make at home.
P. B. E.Cute little place, very homely. It was recommended by locals so I wanted to check it out. You get a nice warm welcome and you feel like you're in a friend's dining room. I ordered the bruschetta and fettuccine with mussels, both very tasty.
S. F.Stumbled upon this restaurant when looking for a quick lunch. Absolutely delicious fresh pasta with a variety of options for sauces. I had the special which was mushroom ravioli, it was very tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality, 10.50 for a large plate of the daily special. The restaurant itself is small but cosy and the staff are lovely. Their plates are compostible and edible which is an interesting touch.

A. M. D.Stayed in the guest rooms here during the bank holiday. The room was cute but be prepared for some noise at the weekend(ear plugs are provided) . The location is amazing though. The bottle of prosecco and nice coffee was a great touch. The owner is also a gent. Thanks guys

T. K.Fantastic little pasta place in Galway. Thoroughly enjoyed the chorizo and mozerella pasta I had. My girlfriend had the Bolognese which I thought was even better. Garlic bread wasn't the best but still really nice. Highly recommended. Will be coming back to try the rest of their menu.

G. T.One of the best in Galway. Though the menu was small, the food was great, the staff was friendly, the wait time was short and the ambiance was amazing. They homemake all of their sauces and pasta, but I would not recommend the butter pasta.

There is a different deal each week with different dishes to choose from. The restaurant is small but really homey and cozy. Worth a visit for a relaxed and tasty lunch.

Soundproofing was also very poor, there was a lot of noise coming from the street. On the upside, hosts are really helpful and responsive and u have all the amenities at your doorstep. I would recommend it only for a short stay.

Pasta is made fresh everyday and you can taste that. Bolognese sauce was great, maybe a bit too garlicky. Other sauces were very irish adapted, no pesto, no carbonara, no aglio e olio. I know the market dictate the rules, however pasta tastes better with them classical sauces.
T. A.Fresh pasta which they made at this place. You select your sauce and your pasta shape and that's it. The sauce and pasta is cooked fresh at the spot, which takes some time, but it's a proper cooking and proper food. There are 8 sauces which change on a weekly basis. Two of those are vegan and one vegetarian.
