Went here on new years eve and was served by a guy called Sean and I've never recieved such good service in a fast food place before! He was friendly, efficient, nice, and made sure I had everything I needed! What a guy. Asked for his name purely to write this review. Food was good as always... But please do a vegan burger supermac's! Chips aren't enough!!

Quite decent in taste. We'd ordered Meal-B which offered the best Saturday deal. All I would like to appreciate the staff (specially a chubby lady )who took the order. She was very quick, poise, well behaved and humble P. S sorry didn't have a chance to ask for it. Cheers

Tried this just to see the difference between eyre square and this outlet. Cross Street one seems to make proper food than eyre's square.

I would like to begin this review by stating that I am in NO way, afilliated with Supermacs. Just think that's important to mention. What I truly believe is that they sell the most delectable, moist, and supple portions of sausages. A young man gets them for me pronto. I am always left satisfied. With the food section of my review finished, I will now discuss the staff. The bearded lady at the counter assured me that the food would be tasty and tempting. It got me frothing at the mouth. My beady eyes stared at the menu board, my mouth salivating and my upper lip perspriating. The toilets were so divine, a lovely old man offered me perfume, handtowels and a lollipop....I love lollies. This food has changed my life! I have type 2 diabetes and am awaiting a triple bypass!

visited recently to this lovely clean branch. placed my order. taken promptly and I got such an amazingly good service. the fries were exceedingly crispy and the garlic sauce oozed seductively over the fresh creamy grated cheese. the sausages were a good side and so hot and tasty. the chicken " breasts were full and moist in a crunchy fresh breadcrumbs. sensuous stuff. so sensous. the manager " mark" knows his stuff. five stars for a truly unforgettable experience of sheer indulgence. 😉😉😉😉😁😁😊😍

Ive worked in supermacs myself in the midlands, Ordered the grill chicken Sandwich meal and a muffin and icecream. Staff member who served me with glasses was so pleasant, well-informed and helpful and all the changes i made to the meal were followed through perfectly. Highly recommend, one of the best supermacs ive been to.

This is not fancy food, but we ordered Papa John's pizza, and it was excellent. People from the USA will want to know it is a different style garlic sauce than Papa John's back home. Otherwise, it's very similar.
