D. Q.Ate here for lunch today and can safely say the food, atmosphere and customer service was amazing! You can tell the chef /owner Gary puts his heart into what he does. Such a variety of choice and all made fresh & locally sourced. The staff are also excellent. Bernie, Gemma, Brian and Aaron all so friendly and ready to meet your every need. Will definitely recommend to others!

C. P.A must for foodies in Kerry or anyone fed up with the burger, pasta, chicken wings, chips, etc everywhere else. I had a starter of crabmeat and prawn wrapped in smoked salmon on watermelon slices with a most amazing coulis of something or other. My gnocchi main was tasty and potatoey. My companion's soup and pasta main were equally excellent. Dying to go back for the pork belly. Their wine measures are generous and staff are attentive without being obtrusive, indicating good training. Top class.

Food was very well prepared and presented - I like a chowder for a light lunch and must say it was the best (and largest) chowder I can remember, for a very reasonable price! Excellent service, decent menu, the ambiance, very clean and pleasant food place in Killarney. Can't wait to pop in again.

M. N.Fabulous addition to Killarney. We normally stick to the top ten on Trip Advisor but noticed The Garrett with Five star rating and quite a new restaurant. We decided to give it a go. We arrived on Sunday evening without a booking. We were greeted and shown to a table by a very pleasant waiter. The menu was a pheasant change from the usual fare. There were a lovely array of starters and mains. Although not vegetarian I decided to have a portobello and haloumi burger which was so tasty. My husband had steak cooked to perfection. We had a very reasonably priced Malbec red wine and Lemon sponge and chocolate brownies for dessert again both beautiful. This restaurant is a gem the staff, the food and the ambiance all 5 star. Will definitely be my first stop when visiting Killarney again
S. F.We visited Garrets on Saturday 28th August and everything about the place was top class, Siobhan showed us to our table upstairs and the decor was really impressive , bright and airy.
We had Fried brie and goats cheese for starters and for our main course Chicken pasta and pan sautéed gnocchi with pine nuts, absolutely delicious.
After a week long stay in Killarney and surrounding areas it definitely was the best restaurant that we had the pleasure to visit and the staff are really friendly and attentive.

The Menu has everything .We ordered, the food came out,it was visually beautiful, and the flavours were simple and balanced .The wine selection was very good and not over priced.You should look behind the tiny entrance and taste his food,You will not be disappointed. 10/10.we had alovely evening
