L. G.Overall very happy with the place! Very clean and peaceful. Only issues were the ensuite bathroom door would not shut so had no privacy in there and bathroom blind was a bit fiddly but otherwise everything else was perfect! Easy check in and out and found parking outside which was convenient and free.
U. H.We had a lovely stay here. The room was large, well heated with an ensuite containing a full bath and separate shower. It is a very quiet building. It is very close to lots of cafes and restaurants (not many of these open early in the week and they don't always update their opening hours). There is no onsite dining options so having places open nearby is important!

K. H.Beautiful room, and perfect location. A little expensive for the room I must say. And considering we paid 140€ for a night, some extra touches could have been added for not much cost for the owner. We had a double room with a bath tub. Shower gel & shampoo was provided, but it was from Lidl. For a few euros extra, it would have been nice to have a bath bomb or bath salts for us to use for the beautiful bath there.
B. m.Not great value for money, over priced for essentially a room with an ensuite The positives first. Central location, large room,large bathroom, plenty of hot water and lots of storage. Tea making service available, hair dryer and toiletries supplied. Clothes washing machine , dryer ,iron & ironing board available. Large veranda with seating area.
Negatives. Zero allocated, parking very small streets with very limited parking available, 3 trips around to find somewhere nearby. Our room , # 3, has a gap under the door you can get your hand through( I suggest they buy brush seals) ended up putting cushions along the floor to cover it. No curtains in windows only wooden shutters, if your easily woken by light you'll have problems. Constant smell of cat urine in the toilet and damp smell in the hall , stairs and landing. Sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired. Woken at 08.15 by Tom and his partner moving round their room(never met the man but I know his name and his partner likes singing in the shower). Sheets on the bed had stains and the tea/Coffee had old used milk pots and sugar wraps in the tray. Would not stay again or recommend it.

T. O. N.What a lovely charming place to have stayed in. Very well laid out and the rooms were comfortable warm and relaxing. So much old world charm. The location in the centre of Kinsale was so convenient.. would highly recommend

I seen the man on check in and that was it. for the price I think they should supply breakfast, if they dont do it themselves maybe a voucher for some where in town. it was leave the key in door and text to say you check out.the rooms were lovely and clean.
