C. J.Friendly staff, amazing food and a really good pot of tea. Lots of choice on menu and kids menu too. Quiet enough for an early Saturday afternoon though. Support local please folks. With the quality and choice available at The Honeypot, sure where else would you be going.

We were greeted with big smiles & an even bigger menu! There was such a large variety of food options on the menu that it was hard to choose from!
I ended up getting the Merry Berry pancakes which were absolutely delicious 11 out of 10 - they were super fluffy & lovely fresh toppings! My partner got the full fry & couldnt praise it enough - not too greasy or filling - just the perfect amount.
As if this spot couldn’t get any better, their vanilla lattes were perfect!
We will definitely be back here for seconds!!

Everything is spotless cleen and covid safe. Highly recommend!

T. M.Took the family, and in-laws here for breakfast... Pancakes = wow. Brilliant service, really well looked after, very good food. The whole place felt really clean, with staff continuing to clean between customers. Honestly, so so good!

The big windows also allow for a spacious feel and a nice view onto the street.

T. H.Great food. Nice waitresses. Lady who took our order seemed to be management and didn't ask what we wanted to drink. When I did request a black Americano to be brought when pancakes were ready she very curtly responded that she'll bring it when it's ready. True enough she brought it out with milk ten minutes too early and disregarded my simple request.

Girls and owner very accommodating nothing is too much bother. in at least twice a week for coffees cakes and if mid morning usually pancakes waffles smoothies. Small Irish breakfast only 5 euros cheapest in town for what you get.

E. M.I still really love this place it has good coffee and baked goods but the Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad unfortunately really disappointed me. It was just a breast of chicken and some bacon on top of some rocket with baby tomatoes ,all for €8.85. Felt like a lot of money for a chicken breast . Wouldn't have it again for my money's worth. :) Friendly staff though and cosey inside.

J.We came apon this coffee shop on our last day visiting Letterkenny, we were greeted very warmly and courteous young man, he seated us and gave us the menu, we ordered the breakfast and omelette, when the food arrived we both tucked in and ate every bit, the food was delicious and both myself and partner were more than happy with the amazing taste of the food, we were disappointed that we didn't know about this place when we first arrived in Letterkenny a few days before. The staff checked a couple of times to see if everything was ok, even the new TY student was lovely. Keep up the fantastic food and service, I know I'll be telling people about your place if they are heading that direction from south of Ireland.

J. S.Our son home from Australia treated us to pancakes at Honeypot yesterday morning (Sunday) and oh boy were they a treat. Home baked buttermilk pancakes at their best topped off with bacon fried egg black pudding and maple syrup. Even had a scoop of bread pudding ice cream on the side along with some blueberries and raspberries. The perfect mix of sweet and savoury absolutely delish. My grandson had his with banana and a caramel sauce he cleaned his plate and even looked for more. Would highly recommend. Great coffee too and free top ups.
s. h.My experience of the Honey Pot was very positive. I had a scone and Latte. Both were excellent as was the service. The place is very clean and comfortable.

I actually only wanted coffee but kind of felt obliged to order food. We both ordered Americanos and Cinnamon Twist pancakes. They were thick and a little chewy but in a very good way, not quite sweet enough but tasty. I would actually have them again.
The menu was incomplete and didn't mention the awesome looking chips I saw at the jot v outer on my way out which was a shame because I would have ordered them in a heart beat. Also there where no indications of Vegetarian or Vegan options on the. menu - very poor.
The coffee was pretty decent although I do prefer to know what coffee I am drinking and there was no obvious indication. There was a distinct inconsistency between baristas - the coffe was made differently.
Overall I will probably return at some point which makes this only the second coffee shop in Letterkenny that I would consider - high praise from me for what it is worth.

Worth a visit if vegetarian, as they have a few options on menu to suit.

j. a.Visited today with the family and can't believe we waited so long. The pace was buzzing with excitement pancake fever had certainly hit town. The wife and kids had decorated hot chocolates which pleased them no end mine was a flat white made to perfection. Won't be long till we're back.

Only place in town that knows how to make the perfect coffee without burning the milk. Food is tasty and menu changes from week to week. My kids love their hot chocolates and mini pizzas the wife can't do without their cheesecake. We're hooked and make no bones about it! Can't recommend the place enough. Just a short walk from McGettigan's Hotel on the main street. x
