d. m.Sometimes the chicken can be hit and miss. The staff are usually nice and helpful.
s.Hit or miss with food. Generally meals are fine but on some occasions food is cold when collecting in drive thru. Some staff are top class and provide a great experience, a select few could do with a lesson in customer service.
