S. B.First dinner out after pandemic and it was fantastic..ambience really good.. Ordered Mumbai samosa ,prawn masala pulavu.... delicious flavours and the dips were unique . Samosa snacks really reminds me of my homeland . Had a great coffee especially cappuccino .The choices of foods here are plenty. We enjoyed the food both Indian and other varieties together.. it’s hard to see in ireland having Indian and other varieties in same restaurant ..Quality and quantity of the foods are worth of every penny..

P. S.Steak was very nice cooked medium rare perfectly we where given a dish of mixed veg and a dish of mash potatoes with onion also unfortunately the onion was the only thing fresh in the 2 side dishes.good staff nice atmosphere with a few tweaks this would be a 5 star restaurant.
C. 1.Excellent selection of food & wine. I had chicken fajita and it was amazing. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed our evening and visit. Can't wait to be back the next time when in Longford.

E. M.Travelled from Athlone to try out the newly Aubergine Nua and have to say, it didn't disappoint. Greeted by the lovely Ramya and staff to a very warm hospitable welcome! Sateesh the Chef's food was excellent from starter to dessert. Cooked my Steak medium/rare and seasoned to perfection. The restaurant is central in Longford Town and very close to an ATM, Pubs, Bars...etc! Parking available just outside premises. Highly recommended and looking forward to going back very soon

We were seated in a cold area where the management came along with a heater to plug in seated opposite a bar totally unstocked an empty unit ?? we had booked 2 wks previous plenty of available seating in warm area but we did not want to cause a fuss.
Most of the food ordered was good just wish the menu explained how spicy the different options were or the waitress had knowledge of menu she had to go into chef twice. Two of our party could not eat mains "over spiced "waitress or chef never enquired why ?

The salmon was cooked perfectly and the mash and vegetables were really tasty with the salsa that came with the meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat both lunch or dinner and I can’t wait to go back and order food again.
C. K.Dined here a few times and have had some takeaways. Would highly recommend, its really nice, hearty food and very reasonably priced. Sara has served us and she's very friendly, quick and professional. The BBQ Chicken Wings are sooo good as are the Mumbai Samosa. I've had the Cajun Chicken Burger numerous times and would highly recommend it and the Stroganoff is also a 10/10. My partner nearly always gets the Calazone Pizza and its delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks guys for the great food and service. Will be back soon! :)

R. F.Got Burger with chips and side salad. The quality of the meat in the burger is very good. Very tasty. The chips were the worse chips I've had in a long time. Really cheap, dry and off colour. The side salad wasn't the best either and the coleslaw didn't seem fresh. Helpful and friendly girl at the checkout.

A. Q.Really liked this place, and will be back. Longford doesn't offer many options these days but aubergine has a good selection. The masala chips were great, and food was piping hot when collected. I wish they would deliver a bit further out (cloondara) but I'm happy to drive in and collect. Thanks!
