You get what you pay for! Everything was cooked to perfection and very well presented. The cocktails were lovely too. I liked their attention to detail, as well as there professionalism. The waiters were attentive, helpful with explaining items on the menu and very nice. When I called to reserve it rang for a while and I hung up. I called back and got through, made the reservation easily. A few hours later they rang me back as they had picked up my missed call earlier on in the day. I thought this was a good sign. The only thing we didn't particularly like was the amouse bouche as the was a bit was overpowering. I suppose a particular taste that not everyone would like. Also my friend's pork belly had too much of one of the seasonings (fennel seeds) for her liking. Overall a very pleasant evening with a nice atmosphere - lovely background music! We'll be back!

Fine dining style food. Seafood heavy menu, large drinks selection. A bit expensive for what it is. Nice for a special occasion. Staff are great, no faults there. Very helpful and attentive. Breast of chicken main shown below.

The staff here are wonderful, they were so accommodating and friendly! Food was delicious, and they have a nice range of cocktails - different from the usual ones you see everywhere. The restaurant looks great too, with a really relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I have been here twice now and both times I have been here have been a great experience. It is a different class of restaurant to all the others in Maynooth. Very high class food and superb staff. I don't want to knock a star off but there was one issue, a waiter tapped his watch to us as we were chatting after dessert saying another group had the table booked after us, unfortunately we were never told when booking that there would be a group in after us. If we were told when making the booking it would have been no problem but unfortunately it wasn't.

Was there last night. Service was excellent greeted by friendly staff. Had the chicken wings as a starter, it was very tasty. We ordered the ribeye for the main with a beautiful bottle of Italian red bisanzio. It was out of this world. Would highly recommend La Brasserie.

My family and I went to la brasserie on Tuesday evening I was extremely happy wit my experience. The seabass pasta was literally one of the best dishes I have ever had....can't wait to go back

Had a delicious meal here when it opened first! Only negative was that it's much more expensive than the other restaurants in Maynooth but I enjoyed my evening there.
