This place keeps letting me down. My option of this place keeps getting lower and lower and lower. Tonight I drove 30 minutes across the country to find they were closed when I got here.
Their times posted on Google Maps were completely wrong. I've since rectified this based on the information I pulled from their website.
Another negative is that is that they charge a processing fee of 50cent.

I was very happy with the my food and service. Its an excellent choice. It's hard to get better. I chose here because it was a 4.4 at the time of my review and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I'm looking forward to trying more in the menu.
The reason for my 4 star review was because the packaging wasn't all recyclable or compostable. Which almost everywhere is doing now.

O. S.Pizza is amazing, one of the best I had so far. We have diabetics in our family and one of the staff members called us asking further details about our special request and she was so, so nice helping us customise the pizzas. Excellent food and service!

I just moved from Dublin 18 to Kilcock and decided to give this place a try after recommendation.
Yesterday I ordered and decided to collect myself, know the place, the people…
I was given 20min to pick it up. I arrived exactly in 20min (if you give me a time I expect you to honour it… otherwise it is just pointless to give a time!). Turns out it took them total 35 min (they prepared mine after I arrived at the store). Very friendly staff, hands down. But still, not good impression on punctuality. Also, one of my burgers came missing. I decided not to call the store or go there because I was really tired…. Just let it pass.
Today I ordered and decided to test the delivery service. I was given unbelievable 60min for delivery. Decided to ring the store right away and say I was gonna collect. It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the store. No one is ever available to take the call. It’s been now 1 hour and 15 min and I still do not have my food. Again food is amazing but I believe people just tolerate this level of service due to lack of options in Kilcock… I really hope the best for them and wish the service improve A LOT !!
Update: they finally spoke to the store and again staff very friendly explained they were unexpectedly (?!) busy today and apologised. My order should be with me in 5 min. I will update the review again later.
Update 2: the food arrived on time (based on the follow up call. And it was very good again! Now I am updating this I noticed they already replied my review. Their responses are always a bit “bite and blow” unless you only have compliments. They don’t take critics very well. Always try to get back to you somehow. I was willing to keep giving this place a try but since even they agree there might be other options out there, who am I to disagree, right? It is a shame tho…
Update 3: raising to 4 stars based on recent experiences…. They’re doing great !!
