D. P.Just superb. Some of the best Japanese food we've had in years.
The staff were lovely and the premises were scrupulously clean. The chefs were using traditional cookware and the resulting food was authentic and tasty. To top it off the value was stunning at just €50 for the attached food Inc two soft drinks.

J. K.Been looking for a decent Sushi restaurant for some time now and we've absolutely found it in Fujiyama Newbridge. The food was just beautiful. It was clear that everything we ordered was made fresh, there and then from scratch. The presentation was flawless, with our plate of Sushi being set out in a flower design. It's clear that the chefs here take their craft seriously and with pride. The wait staff were attentive but not intrusive and were open to being asked various questions about the menu. All in all I could recommend enough that you try Fujiyama. If you're unsure where exactly it is, it's at the end of the promenade outside the main Whitewater entrance. Enjoy!

L. M.This is a hidden gem, can be a forgotten corner of the Whitewater Shopping Centre. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, super friendly and professional staff and the place feels and looks cool. Can't recommend enough, have already brought friends here and they were wowed as well. When the sashimi comes out it's a work of art! Go visit!

I found that the prices were a bit steep for what you get, but then again the quality of the sushi was pretty good.

S. W.Visited this restaurant for the second time last night. Arrived late but we were very warmly welcomed and seated straight away. Menu is very nice, offering something for everyone, including sushi. We had dumplings and tempura prawn to start, neither of which could be flawed.
For the main we ordered a mixture of sushi and to our surprise all was presented on a beautiful sharing board (see photos). Again, as with the starters, we could not flaw the quality, presentation, or quantity of the food.
Staff are very, very friendly. We couldn't be happier with service as a whole....
We'll definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

N. a. V.I come here often enough for the sushi. Sushi is one of my very favorite foods. Sushi here is fantastic, service great and price great value as compared to other sushi restaurants in Ireland. Restaurant itself basic and has a restaurant chain feel and the dry ice/boats is a fun novelty the first time but does feel dated. Overall food is just what I love.

G. D.A great addition to the food choices at Whitewater Shopping Centre. We had a short wait to be seated for lunch, but it was very much worth it. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is not only excellent but it is beautifully presented. My curry was flavorful and an ample portion. I also had several pieces of nigiri (salmon and tuna) which were wonderful. Very much recommended, and we will certainly be returning.

J. D.Fujiyama in Newbridge is an incredible restaurant, with great quality food and very friendly staff. The nice thing about this restaurant is that they aren't like others, where you are pestered every 5 minutes by waiter staff asking if everything is ok (they leave you to it while eating, which is great for privacy).
I ordered a small sushi/sashimi platter for myself and the quality was amazing. As usual, it is always well worth the visit, and I would personally like to thank the staff and chefs for providing such a great experience (for the third time in a row).
