I loved this place. The food was great. The staff were friendly. And the restaurant itself was big, well kept, clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our group, which included 4 adults and 2 babies. My only complaint is they didn't know how to make a hot whiskey (somewhat common in Ireland) and they came back to the table to ask me how to make it. But it didn't bother me enough to deduct a star from the rating. I will definitely be back.

Food tastes so fresh and the staff are super nice. De Please have a word with superior security who patrol the main entrance to Citywest. I have been approached by these thugs twice this week as I went to the restaurant. They are not fit for dealing with the public in a respectful manner.

I love this place , the staff are so friendly and attentive. Last time we had our grandchildren and everything just went smoothly. There is a wide selection of Asian food on offer and I have never had a bad meal . My favourite is the Thai Massaman Curry or the Indonesian Chicken Rendang .

One of the nicest restaurants I've been in last few months. Really great atmosphere. As non drinker I got proper pint of alcohol free beer whitch is very rare these days. Food was amazing too. Good asian cusine. I had 3 courses and a whiskey and I spent 50€, which I think its fair. The food was good, fresh fish and nice balanced flavours, not too many sauces. The service was ok and the restaurant is well designed although the ceiling is a little bit low increasing the noise level when the restaurant is full.

The Lemongrass Restaurant is located within the grounds of the Citywest Hotel & Conference Centre, Saggart; Co Dublin. It is a fusion of Asian Thai food - the restaurant itself is very busy, and it would be recommended that you book in advance, especially Thursday - Sunday! There are a variety of menu selections from lunch, early bird, a la carte - they even have a good choice for those watching their calories! The menus themselves offer a great choice of food - beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian - all cooked to whatever way you like. They also have an extensive drinks menu - you will be spoilt for choice. The food itself tastes fabulous... the staff are very pleasant and attentive. They are a very family friendly restaurant - kids are most definitely welcome. There is also free wifi and great onsite parking. The Lemongrass also provides a take-out order service.. for those who just want to stay home, but want to indulge in good food. The only disappointment would be cleanliness of the toilet facilities - these would need to be checked more regularly and kept cleaner, especially the female facilities. All in all - a nice place to eat out in South County Dublin.

Wonderful restraunt. Food is always delicious and very generous portions. Good mix of simple and plain right up to complex dish, so should suit fussy eaters to the discerning foodie. I would recommend that you get a side of "fire potatoes". Never had any thing like it in any other restraunt. They also have a low calorie menu for when your looking for something lighter.

Always Excellent, We go here regularly because the quality of the food and the service is consistently excellent. As a person who has spent most of his time in the catering industry I can honestly say that it was the best in every way. Myself and my partner had lunch here today around half 1 with our 3 children and we were very impressed. The initial girl who took our order seemed irritated that we asked for orange cordial for our toddler instead of blackcurrant which I found quite rude but the service from 2nd girl more than made up for it. She had a long plait down her back and she went above and beyond for us, she was so kind to my son I really appreciated her and her efforts she was absolutely brilliant. The food was beautiful too, as was the atmosphere and price point. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

As an avid Lemongrass supporter over the years and a lover of Thai food, we had a disappointing experience in Citywest last night. Meals were well presented but mediocre. Duck pancakes were mainly crispy fat and house red merlot was awful. Not our usual experience there but all of us (5) left feeling underwhelmed overall to say the least.

Called in here for lunch while at an Expo in Citywest (queues there were huge). No wait for a table, lovely relaxed atmosphere even with the open kitchen setting. Had a lamb curry and it was delicious and full of flavour. My colleagues had two different salmon dishes and both were equally happy. Highly recommend.

We normally get take away from here instead of sit in. Its flawless. Its an 11 kilometre drive for me, (22 klm round trip), but well worth it. Very tasty and plentiful. Order early cos its always busy. And the staff are friendly. Way better than MSG riddled Chinese muck.

The quality of the food can not compensate for the poor service. After waiting more than an hour for the main, being told by the manager that we asked to wait?!?! In any case, the starters were finished 20 min before.. it is disappointing that the restaurant takes no responsibility for the poor handling and rather put it on the customer ... "You should have said it"... Guess what, we asked to have everything together... I did not get such a bad service for years... - As a gesture which is why I move the rating back to 3 stars, they did offer us the drinks.

To provide a wide range of Asian food, this is another example of restaurant serving frozen spring rolls.Just remove spring rolls from the menu !.. However, typical Chinese food is good but pricey . The menu is relatively poor vs the 'a la carte. Venue is enjoyable though

Went here with friends for dinner, where do I begin... I was the first to arrive from my party and even though I had a table booked I was told it would be an hour. When I explained I had a table booked she told me I didn't and when she looked again she saw that I did it fact have a table. It wasnt ready and when she showed me to it there wasnt enough settings for all of us. When I said explained this to her she said I'll just add another to the end. The table was not big enough for this so we where all bunched in together and it was uncomfortable. When the rest of my party arrived. The hostess pointed in my general direction and was so rude. Basically said I was over there, find her yourself kinda thing. The waitress after being told twice got our order wrong. The food was really only ok. Overall such a bad experience and will NEVER go here again.

Not somewhere you'd find by accident but just ""wow"! Service was incredibly slick but still friendly, got the order spot on, everything arrived the same time and the bill was correct, despite being a table of over 30! As for the food, mind blown! Completely different dish to anything I've had before and probably one of the tastiest! Reasonably priced too considering the quality. To top it all off, they serve Erdinger alcohol free beer which is my absolute favourite (so great if you're the designated driver!).

Firstly I dont do reviews and having travelled many countries and the best of establishments I suffer from things not been perfect. I have visited this resturaunt now for over the past 7yrs and I have never been let down in fact I have been blown away. There are many members of staff who have worked here since inception and are proud to work for a fantastic product and brand never mind the insperational boss who I have often seen rolling her sleeves up when the restutaunt is bursting at the seams. These guys work flat out serving 100’s of meals every day, amongst the consistent positive feedback I must say I could not believe a couple of negative comments presumaly this equates to in real terms as 1 in 10,000 meals served. The long and short is after much consoderation from eating in many many countries such as Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy, America, Dubai etc etc through to lobster brunch on the Orient Express, Lemongrass Citywest is my favourite resturaunt to date.
