P. T.Absolute gem in the middle of Sligo. The food was Delicious, well thought, and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to foodies. Meggie was the kindest person and took the time to write down which dishes were gluten free. She also popped a candle on top of the desert for our birthday. The combination of perfect food and perfect hosting makes this place number one in Ireland.

Service was very good and friendly.
The ambience had nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable.
I had a burger and chips, and my daughter had eggs benictine with bacon.
Food was good enough but nothing special, something half way between 3 and 4 in the rating.
The price was a little high, although in line with the inflated post-covid19 prices of cafes and restaurants
A. S.This restaurant has great potential but is not quite there yet. I had breakfast lunch and dinner and can now share my overall experience.
Let’s start with the positive: the lunch options are great and taste amazing. Good quality ingredients, rich flavors and priced fairly. Dinner is very nice as well. Clever flavor combinations, very well cooked and fairly priced.
Now the negative: breakfast was quite disappointing. Very pricy compared to lunch and dinner, lacks flavor - actually quite blend. Eggs Benedict particularly disappointing as the sauce hollandaise had no flavor and the muffin (why not use a sourdough bread?) was soggy.
The staff is friendly but sometimes lacks sensitivity. When I booked a table for dinner I asked for a quiet table. When I got there they gave me the table next to the kitchen - disappointing. When then asking for another table they moved me.
The place is very cold, it seems like the heating is not used. When multiple guests keep their jacked on the owner/manager should react straight away. Heating should be included in the price.
Overall a nice place for lunch and dinner. They still have some homework to do and I’m hoping my feedback will help them to get to the level they have the potential for to reach. Only 3 stars unfortunately - one less for the missing heating, one less for the breakfast.

M. D.Foos is delicious, service was great. Def a great choice to set you up for the day. Social distance in place indoors and also the option to eat outdoors. We had the breakfast bap, good quality food and good size portion and the spanish breakfast with no shortage of chorizo.
M. S.It can be pretty hard to find a brunch place that is open on a Sunday morning - Knox is one of those! Plus, they serve really great & homemade food, including the classics Eggs Benedict or pancakes. Some of their dishes have more of a Spanish twist - lots of flavour & really filling.

E. D.This is a fantastic place in the heart of Sligo. I've eaten in the restaurant several times but during lockdown it is a real treat to be able to have it at home. Although the menu is understandably limited everything is top class. The duck bao are the best I've ever had but everything is very tasty and packed with flavour.

S. K.Unreal little spot in the middle of Sligo. Great selection on menu, especially for brunch. The staff are really friendly, with fairly short waiting times for a table. I'd recommend the ham hock sandwich, it's insanely tasty! My partner got a chicken burger which came with Mediterranean style dressing which she said was delicious. One minor drawback would be the cost - it's a somewhat more chic place in Sligo, so they can probably justify charging a bit higher than other eateries.

B. D.Absolutely gorgeous! Have been a few times but this time at lunch time. Really delicious vegetarian salad with optional chicken. A mixture of the most delightful tastes ...North African dominant....beautifully spiced ....hummus celeriac Apple sweet potato to name but a few. These people know their food.We ate outside starting with a coffee and later ordering lunch with no rush.! I'll be back again in daytime and I'll bring someone!

I had never being here before from start to finish it was so good the tapas were amazing i had crab salmon croquettes and baby patatoes which were all 10/10 i had 2 of the desserts which were also 10/10 for us.well worth a visit
N.My favourite place for brunch in Sligo. Great coffee and lunch menu also. I haven't been in for evening service but I'm sure it's great too. Friendly staff who provide excellent service and the decor is fab.

p. b.We just had a lovely lunch! Quiet on a Wednesday afternoon so we had the pace to ourselves. Th chefs are speaking exclusively to each other in Italian, so you know it's authentic. We shared a Margarita pizza and the Rigatoni special. The rigatoni came with caponata and pecorino cheese, which oddly didn't taste anything like pecorino as it was soft/bland. Otherwise the dish was good. The pizza looked delicious but lacked any clear flavor profile. The sauce was super bland without the slightest hint of any seasoning. The buffalo mozzarella cheese was great fresh and delicious as was the basil. So overall the pizza was good just not memorable. I would come back and try other dishes to be fair. The service was great and friendly. Come give them a try.

Service was excellent, wine was great and I highly recommend desert!! Was also so reasonably priced it was refreshing. Setting the bar for Sligo restaurants.
