s. m. c.We had a beautiful meal in this restaurant, the food was delious and our server was excellent. My only complaint was the restaurant was cold, I had to eat my meal with my coat on. I can only think it was because they were just opened after lockdown. Otherwise highly commended.
D. M.This is a great restaurant - not cheap, but worth every penny. My daughter had the halibut, which was on special, and was "to die for", in her words. My starter, tuna carpaccio with hard parmesan and raspberries, was something I won't forget any time soon. It's been a while since I last had a starter, mains and a dessert in a restaurant - same for my daughter - but we couldn't resist the temptation in the Courthouse, Kinlough.

We have dined here many time and again on the 15th August for birthday celebrations.... excellent staff delicious food and even the wine is exceptional. Covid 19 restrictions in place but this does not detract from the dinning experience. Well worth a visit. Highly recommend this very unassuming restaurant.
L. O. C. S.Amazing! Fantastic service, friendly and attentive without rushing. We had the earlybird menu and from that had the tuna and scallops which were both beautiful, followed by the striploin steak and the seabass which again were beautiful! Woukd highly recommend!

Each of the courses we had was delicious, with gorgeous fresh ingredients and a beautiful combination of flavours. The staff were also very welcoming and warm, and just the right amount of attentive.
I can’t recommend the restaurant more highly. Be sure to book a table next time you’re in the area. We certainly will.

C. O.Went to here on a Saturday the restaurant itself is beautiful and appealing.
The menu was a treat to read and really got our appetites ready. I had the scallop and chorizo risotto for starters, which was fantastic, followed by the steak served blue and definitely surpassed expectations, to finish I had the white chocolate and berry cheesecake, the dish was fantastic and the berries were beautiful. We were given tomato bread and olive bread, both delightful and they also brought out a taster of a soup they had after we ordered which was divine.
The service was amazing and we will definitely be returning.

I saw all the awards outside the door specially the Michelin Star and I was excited to eat ☺️. It was very cozy and tidy. The staff were very good and friendly. My 9 year old daughter said her bowl of seafoods was very yummy. I was enjoying my steak as well. Overall, it was great and highly recommended to everyone. 👍

P. 8.Went here for my Birthday a year ago.. Absolutely recommend this resturant to anyone. Excellent food and excellent dining experience. Have been here at least 3 different times and fails to disappoint each time. For a small village it is one of the nicest places to eat once you leave Sligo until you get to Donegal town.
Had another visit back to this brilliant resturant just last week. Once again an outstanding experience. Excellent food and great service.
L. C.We went there for dinner, the restaurant is nice and well decorated. We ordered ravioli and crab linguine and all was perfect, the pastas were well seasonned and cooked. We took a merlot red wine and it was amazing. We also ordered home made ice cream and strawberry panna cotta (excellent). The staff was really helpful and friendly.
If you want to change from irish food, this is the place you're looking for.
