Stunning environment in a listed building. I loved the passion of the owners. The food is modern French with the best of irish local ingredients. Surprisingly affordable too. A winning experience for me.

Easily the best meal we’ve ever had and the family was amazingly friendly. The goat cheese croquet and Vietnamese salmon were particularly amazing! If you’re ever in Ireland, this is a must-try.

A very elegant restaurant with a unique twist on classic dishes. Great food and atmosphere. It was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving away from home.

Absolutely amazing food, fabulous waiting staff. One of my most loved places in Waterford to dine out. More for special occasions than a quick bite to eat.All ingredients are sourced locally which is another great reason to eat their. Love the decor within the building. Been more then impressed with La Boheme restaurant and looking forward to my next visit.

The Christmas menu is very good, we had a table for 7 and ordered almost everything on the menu. Everything was delicious, my favourite was the fillet of beef which was served in an amazing whisky sauce.
The staff were very friendly, the service was great and so is the atmosphere.

What a wonderful restaurant. Proper French food prepared and served with pride. My starter was a scallop with pork belly, compote and ruby port sauce. The pork belly was the best I've ever tasted.
Main course was fillet steak in pepper sauce with a terrine like potato gratin and roasted mixed veg. Steak was perfectly cooked with a topping of finely shredded crispy kale. Sauce and potato were delicious. Ingredients all perfectly complemented one another.
For dessert I had the entremet which was light, fresh and delicious.
Service was good and friendly in the French style which is like "here is what we can do, if you like it then wonderful". The wine list is extensive and if you are not sure then ask the waiter to make a recommendation to suit your menu choices, I got lucky with the Croze Hermitage (No 37) which was superb.
The setting is a delight in a vaulted basement which was probably originally built for a Waterford Port merchant. Prices are high but you are paying for a French gourmet experience. The occasion was my mother's birthday and my son accompanied us. We all enjoyed the experience.
If you want to treat someone to something really special then this is the place to be - 5 stars, all the way!

Loved this restaurant. Food really good. Staff brilliant. Had the early bird menu as there was a one year old baby in the company. They handled him perfectly .Will definitely return. Location easy to get to. Recommended!
