Came here for some meal and drinks on a beautiful Saturday. The place has a fresh breath of air & amazing customer service. Only I didn’t like their ribs. It’s like they were burnt. Overall, I had an amazing experience. I hope to pass by again in future

It's really busy place in Waterford at the moment and I was looking forward for dinner that evening. The atmosphere and the decor is great, the staff are nice and friendly, but the food wasn't..... I ordered prawns as my main course and it looked quite OK. They were so salty, that I had to ask for sour cream, but even that didn't help... , I couldn't eat them. Our table was checked way too early, so I couldn't send it back. When I was looking for someone to talk to, they weren't around. The kids chips portions were huge. The burger bun was black on the inside, burnt. I hope next time will be better. 😊

Absolutly unbelievable, we've eaten there three times at first it was new the food was shocking the service was shocking but wow have they turned it around the food was delicious, the potions were very big, the service could do with a bit of improvement however ots of new staff, not to mention they allowed us to finish watching the match, the girl serving us from kilkenny was lovely and the manager bent over backwards for us. I really couldn't fault anything.

Had my baby shower in pinks with friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The service and food were amazing. Food portions are very generous. Our waitress was the best. The atmosphere was fun and up beat . We were very grateful for the fact there was an option for indoor or outdoor dining so no one had to be excluded. Definitely going back.

Great experience. The service was fast, good selection of cocktails which were reasonably priced (however some were too sweet and I wouldn't say there is much alcohol in them). Chips were fantastic, beef tacos were ok, meat was quite dry. Would return just for the mac and cheese bites.

Food is exceptional, good sized portions as well and the covered outside area is really nice. A great addition to Waterford, the only downside is the exceptional time between courses arriving. I put the first visit down to being busy (was almost an hour between starter and main) but most recently we were the only table during the day and while not as long it still was felt by all of us especially those who skipped starters.

Great service, great food, lovely presentation, the box of fries opens out into a plate for easy access, and then folds back into a box for easy disposal. And the fries themselves are fluffy crunchy and golden. Looking forward to trying more of the menu

Myself and my friends had a great time at this establishment. Staff are amazing and were able to have some laughs with us. One member of staff stuck out to us as one of our favourites, her name was Abigail. She was incredibly kind and is very well mannered and clearly is more than capable of making customers feel welcome and comfortable as her ability to work with guests is more than anyone can desire. We all will be visiting again. More than satisfied with the treatment we received as customers from the amazing staff members! Highly recommend Pinks!!

We've been here twice, now. First time was absolutely amazing. Best ribs in Ireland. Great service. Yummy Pink's Churros with original Chilli - Chocolate Sauce. Yes... Chilli Chocolate Sauce! Friendly wait staff. Wonderful employee demeanor. Second time we again had the hankering for those amazing rack of baby back ribs. And the Churros. All terrific. However, the quality of the wait staff was diminished. Both times we were seated in back. The second time, we waited back there for 10 minutes without water jug or drinks. We had to call the front of house on the phone to remind the staff we were in the back and the hostess has to take our Order and serve us drinks. Food service was moderately fast but extremely unfriendly. Our food was slammed down on the table. When we were done with our entrée. My husband went outside for a smoke and I waited to order dessert. When he came back he saw I was still sitting in front of 2 devoured dishes of rib bones and two half full baskets of chips. My husband felt horrible I had to sit there staring at that. He had to ask them to clear down, and when they did they took everything but left one order of the half eaten basket of chips on the table. Chips were left on the table when dessert was served and my husband had to get up and put the chips on the bar. Presentation of Dessert was not like the first time but the taste was excellent. After we waited nearly 12 minutes for the bill. It was like the staff had lost all motivation and gave up. We're planning on returning because the food was great and our hope is the staff's attitude will improve. Maybe they had a bad day.

The restaurant markets itself be authentic Mexican which it most definitely isn't. Which is setting itself up for failure. Just leave it out and dont claim to be something you most definitely are not. Some dishes were good Nachos, burritos, salsas. The hamburger was one of the worst my wife ever had. The cocktails are varied and well priced. Over all its a good place a meal before a night out, but the food can be a bit hit and miss.

Main courses were delicious but desserts(churros) were inedible. Service was very slow, left over 20 minutes to place our food order after our drinks came. I had my dessert brought out 10 minutes before 3 of the party and the last was waiting another 10 minutes for hers. The wrong drink was brought out towards the end of our time there. In fairness, the desserts were brought to the attention of the server and the manager removed them from the bill.

Lovely place love the atmosphere in pinks we done the outdoor dining but it was just as good as doing indoor the only reason I can't comment too much on the food as I had covid back in October and have still no taste or smell but I got the steak chips and pepper sauce looked lovely and presented well also I got the chicken wings with bbq sauce and for dessert I got the a cake it's times like this I miss my taste and smell I will be going back hopefully with my taste and smell back but definitely worth a trip to pinks

Great food friendly staff... just cold inside when it's wet out ... New covid norms... didn't ruin the experience though thoroughly enjoyed the food.. would have stayed longer if I was so cold. Next time wear a jacket.

Very disappointed, no issue with the Food. At end of the night we were presented with some other tables bill which was nearly double ours. When I brought it to their attention I was immediately told the other Table had paid our bill in error. I asked then if you knew this wasn't our bill why were we given this one. Answered weren't sure. Extremely disappointed

The atmosphere was great and the nachos were top notch but the mains left a little to be desired, shredded meats for all meals were dry and there was a lack of sauce, sálsa or guacamole on each dish. They needed some table sauces to lubricate the main meals.
