Food was good, pumpkin soup was really tasty, the beef was properly cooked and the fries were spot on but unfortunately, the tartar sauce was very sour and I felt the cheesecake way too buttery(or margarine) in the mouth. Also, the ice cream was kept near to some meat in the freezer because the taste of it was awful.

Lovely experience. Highly recommend going. The staff were very friendly and had no problem getting us a table last minute. Food was absolutely delicious and wasnt too expensive. Steak was cooked just the way I requested and my partners burger looked great. Will definitely be going again.

Would’ve never believed I could find such delicious food in Waterford! Had the fish cake (home made!!) and fried haddock fish fingers as starters and the seabas as main, whilst my mom had the veggie soup and the monkfish. Amazingly delicious!!! 1000% recommend!

Food was yum, I always go for garlic mushrooms as starter & usually get 4 or 5 but got plenty... Himself had the garlic bread with mozzarella... Yum Mains were just as good, lovely atmosphere, although a little warm but we definitely will be back...

Lovely food. Happened to eat their seafood chowder. This by far is one of the best I have ever had in recent times. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Loved the food and ambience. Definitely visit again.

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff, nice decor and some great photography on the walls. I had the surf n turf, the steak was very good and perfectly cooked but the prawns were the winner here, among the best I've ever had! Would highly recommend.

Delicious food and lovely service! My family loved our dinner here in beautiful Waterford. We were eager to try great seafood, and Sheehan's provided several options so we could all try something new. The mussels, hake, and monkfish were all fantastic. I only wish we'd had room for dessert! Those looked equally amazing.

Sheehans seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant on the Waterford quays is a must go to place in Waterford. The food is quality and the staff are exceptional. Special mention to Clodagh, the owner and her right hand guy Trevor who is brilliant at the banter to the clientele. All effort is made here to suit your pocket and your food intolerances. If they don't have your tipple, they will go out and have it for you, once they know in advance. Speaking of in advance, booking is advisable as it's nearly impossible to get in here. All in all an experience to be savoured.
