I first visited 2 other bridal boutiques and unfortunately didn't have the best experience (through no fault of those shops but I had given birth 4 months earlier and was just struggling with wearing a dress so soon after giving birth). Despite my self consciousness I had a lovely experience in Cinderellas Closet. We received such a lovely welcome (myself, a bridesmaid, older daughter and new baby). It felt like we had all the time in the world and we were in no way rushed. Staff provided really good and fair advice. There was a huge selection of dresses and staff were so helpful in picking dresses within budget. I would recommend to all brides searching for their wedding dress!

Nothing but good things to say about Cinderella’s Closet. I bought my wedding dress here in September 2019. It was the first bridal shop we went to and what a good choice. I was concerned about samples fitting me, I needn’t have worried. The sales assistant was so reassuring throughout and if a dress didn’t work it was swiftly whisked away so that I wouldn’t dwell on it. My Mom and maid of honour both cried when I came out in The Dress so we knew it was the one. I was offered a choice of purchasing the sample I was trying on or ordering a new dress, and I bought the sample and took it away on the same day. Aside from absolutely minuscule repairs to buttons as part of my alterations, the sample dress was perfect. I can’t recommend Cinderella’s Closet enough!

I had the best experience ever I felt so beautiful in the dress and had such an amazing connection with the girl Susan who helped me I couldnt have asked for more I would highly recommend going here their dresses are so beautiful and the variety thanks again Susan you were amazing.

I can't recommend this shop enough!! My mum sister and I were completely taken aback by the level of professionalism and diligence shown by our amazing attendant Shauna! She was extremely helpful and never over imposed in our decision making process. The range and styles of dresses stocked were beautiful and Shauna insited I try on every dress I liked without any pressure.Even when i came across "The One" I never felt at all pushed by the staff to say yes, and Shauna insited I keep trying on any other dress I wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. We never felt like we were being pushed or rushed and it made saying " YES to the dress" such a memorable moment!! I'm so happy I walked out with not just am amazing dress but an amazing experience that I could share with my mum and sister!! Thank you so much to all the girls and especially to Shauna.

Highly professional and welcoming! I did not end up getting my dress at Cinderella's closet but out of all the bridal shops I visited, they had the best selection of accessories and stock to accompany the dress. They had a great variation of dresses at an exceptional price point - I tried on a dress here that was half the price of an identical dress in another boutique, twice as nice and not loosing out on quality! Highly recommend for their professional approach to COVID, felt totally comfortable and loved that you were given a private viewing area. Shauna was an absolute joy to deal with and so friendly, other boutiques could learn a lot from her approach! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dress!

What can I say? Only wow , what an amazing experience for any bride to be. Karen is fantastic at what she does, she is so knowledgeable about the dresses, so focused on her bride, friendly professional and above all she knows what will work for you, fabric, shape, theme everything. I and my little girl were to made to feel so special. Honestly the only way to describe it is that you feel that your the only customer in the whole place, all the attention is on you. Rows upon rows of fabulous dresses in every silhouette and shape you could think of. Price points to suit every budget. The dressing room is so big, mirrored and so private with curtains for getting changed, great for anyone who feels a little self conscious like I can. I had heard about how good the Cinderella Closet experience was but when I went there today I was completely blown away. If you haven't picked your dress yet, then a visit here is a must on your list. They had so much choice in designers, fit and shape that I have to go back for a follow up appointment to see the lovely Karen again. I may add she has the patience of a saint given how I couldn't make up my mind and wanted all the dresses. I'll definitely be back.

This is honestly such an incredible place. We were caught when my daughter grew out of her shoes and they made themselves available on very very short notice to help. We were helped by Shauna, who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful if she had tried. It was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
