All Avoca shops are lovely and have such beautiful things. A pleasure to stop and get in anytime. Having very good quality products, but don't expect them to be cheap! This one is on top of the hills, near an impressive gap. Happy to stop and shop!

Lovely place to stop off for a coffee on drive from Killarney to Kenmare. There are great views of Mols Gap from the cafe upstairs. The staff were friendly and effecient. Would recommend you stop off here if in the area👍

Venue and location great... cafe staff were very friendly but do lack when it comes to communication... it almost requires them to be given a formula and directed to have standard clear ways of greeting... "good morning..." "good afternoon"... "welcome to Avoca.. is this your first time here?... here's how it works.." then tell customers... there were 2-3 times during my lunch where staff could handle engagement with customers in a much more customer friendly manner... it may have been a bad day but cafe only had 3 open tables at any time over that hour.. and the communication was reactive vs. Responsive regards organising and directing... when it came to small talk the staff were fine. In the shop, staff and service were excellent

We been to this place during our ring of Kerry trip.. perfect place to take some coffee and enjoy the ultimate view..From this location you can easily reach to Kenmare and also lady's view point.
They have ample car parking space and rest room facilities.
Customer service is really good.

This is a beautiful drive. It may seem a bit scary with the twists and turns, but the next day we drove the Gap of Dunloe and then ended up back on Moll's Gap and suddenly it wasn't nearly as scary! There's a lovely spot to pull over at the top (there's a coffee shop and store there) and pause to take in more of the scenery. There was a sika deer standing right by us and he didn't seem bothered by our presence at all. Just don't rush -- enjoy the views and take your time. Watch out for cyclists, as well.

I have driven by this place many times but never been in there. We ate in the restaurant. The choices of food was amazing, something to suit everyone. Everything was really fresh with fabulous hot tea and coffee. Lovely friendly efficient staff, will be back.

Stopped here on our bus tour. Yummy lunch of hearty tomato soup with fresh bread and butter. If you get a chance, try one of the best scones ever - Pear with almond. I wish I had bought 2!
The view from the cafe is amazing.

What a wonderful place to eat with beautiful view on the valley. I had a double chocolate cheese cake and my wife a chocolate cake and we were both very impressed. Will come back next time definitely.
