The team at Hour Passion really go out of their way to get you the watch you want. First they showed me a selection over Whatsapp and then specially ordered in the particular colour I wanted. Very patient and friendly service. Good prices for quality watches-always less than retail. Fast delivery. I recommend totally!

Visited the store yesterday, Excellent collection of watches, great value for money deals even on luxury watches. I had a good purchase yesterday and super happy about all five of them I bought. Their Customer care excellent as always, Sarah was super helpful and took all the time to help me find and pick what I want, and everyone else also really nice and helpful and provided details and guidance on all my queries, I was checking many watches before pick my choices, they gave all the time and helped to pick the once I liked, never pushed me to buy anything, very customer focused sales, really love it, they are amazing. They even offered us a refreshment drink at vip lounge for us (my son came with me) instead we wait till they adjust the watch links for me. And even carefully packed the watches in multiple bags in a way we can carry them easily, registered the watch for me, prepared the warranty, checking about tax claim if I’m from a different company, absolutely awesome experience. I will come back for sure and will recommend for my friend as well.
