A. G.Great day out here for any family. Tracking to suit all levels. My grand children been only 8 and 12 really enjoyed it. My 30 year son loved it and can't get enough of it. Great facilities all very clean. Hot food available and drinks ice-cream. A great day out at minimum cost .

Flowy and tech sections, berms, jumps, drops, rocks, roots.. ..the whole lot is well covered. Staff are great, and overall a really friendly vibe throughout. Highly recommended

The atmosphere of the cafe is very cosy and staff is friendly. You will find drinks and food in order to provide you energy for your ride.
The cycling facilities look really great and the material they rent seem to be of very good standard.
There is a possibility to pay to be lifted to the top of hills in order to only do the descent.

Trails are absolutely fantastic, especially since the revamp and expansion.
Rental bikes are genuinely above and beyond , especially for the price.
For what you pay, many other places send you off with something less than adequate. The GAP sends you off on a well adjusted and maintained Nukeproof Mega that's more than you need unless you're thinking you're the next Loic Bruni !

T. M.Incredible. This place is so good you're not going to believe it. I did a tiny bit of mountain biking as a kid and then went all over travelling and would find myself saying "why don't we have stuff like this in Ireland". Turns out we do now. Tracks are TOP class like you see in the Redbull YouTube channel. I believe that they are opening up a whole other section in a matter of weeks. Borrowed a bike but considering a purchase now. The signage is great too. Really easy to navigate for NOOBs like me. There seems to be loads of runs for all standards.
And it's only a fiver for the day. If my kids were old enough that would be childcare sorted.
AND... the food is unreal. Had the wings and chips. Wings were quality Frank's sauce type. Plenty hot and delish. The chips though. I have literally never had better chips.
If I could give GAP 6 stars I would.

A. T.Extremely well run operation. The quality of the rental bikes is superb, the trails are clearly marked and graded and the uplift service makes for a very enjoyable afternoon. Made 5 runs in 3 hours which would have been impossible if we were peddling up the hill everytime. Highly recommended.

P. B.Fantastic Day at The Gap...We brought 6 young pumped up lads dying to try the trails and they didn't disappoint.
The facilities are great and for us old lads it was nice to take a breather with a nice coffee and sit in the outdoor seated area.
There is something for everyone here and the skills area is excellent to try out and test yourself before hitting the main trails...
Some serious fast downhills with nice drops.
The staff are good fun and always giving encouragement when they witness you walking up hill with your bike😀
Great being able to hire a full sus bike and all the safety equipment as takes the hassle outta bringing your own bike.
The hired bikes are really good so makes the time spend really enjoyable.
If your feeling peckish after your trails then the burger will certainly fill you...it's a monster.

A. P.A beautiful spot, very well kept. The team working on the uplift bus, bike hire and cafe were all great, very friendly and polite. kids had an absolute ball and really enjoyed the trails and the cold drinks and hot food afterwards. The only reason I'm docking two stars is because the of the hostile and extremely rude manner of the lady at the front of house/reception desk, which was so bad that it left me extremely upset. I subsequently heard from a friend, she experienced the same. She was irate over the waiver, whereas she could have explained it in a calm and polite manner. It is obviously essential for safety and insurance purposes but there was no reason to be shouted at and publicly humiliated, when there was a very simple solution. She also spoke to the boys as if they were second class citizens. So, what started out as extremely upsetting for the boys and myself, and could have ruined my 13 year old's birthday, was thankfully rescued by the friendly manner of all the other staff and the great fun the boys had in the park. Would suggest customer service training or a new front of house!

W. C.Fantastic bike park. Myself and my 2 friends were there today and it was basically a playground for adults. The most fun I've had on 2 wheels in years.
I cannot recommend the uplift any higher than saying if we pedaled up we'd have maybe had 5 runs down the mountain in the 3 hours, but with the van we managed 12 runs with loads of energy to nail it going down and no breaks needed to catch our breath.
The staff are so sound which is great. Both reception and uplift drivers were really helpful and gave us loads of pointers and were super friendly.
The best pointer was to be sure to try the burger on the way out. I'm glad we did as it was a legendary burger, and half the reason I'll be booking a trip to go back up very soon.
So worth the 6am drive up from Cork.
I'm still buzzing from the day, it was that good.

I’ve heard many great things about the uplift and the food is great too not to mention there’s an amazing walking trail with great views I personally love the place can’t go wrong for a good ride With your mates or for a amazing family day out!!
P. M.This place ticks all the boxes. Fair prices, friendly and very professional staff, indisputably beautiful scenes & views and last but not least, the quality of the trails is top notch. I will be back during the summer, for the winds of winter are strong beyond the treeline. Thank you Glencullen and I suppose Sinéad should be thank too as Sinéad was the first member of staff I spoke to. As it was my first time at the adventure park, I had no idea how to initiate the day. She advised me of the waiver I needed to sign and took the piss out of me for asking for a "All day parking pass", starting the day off with humour and jokes set the tone and I commend any member of staff who can have a bit of bant at 10am on a Saturday morning, standing in work.
The food afterwords was fantastic too and much needed after many miles of fun. Social distancing was clearly used and they seem to have a good system in place to handle the copious amounts of people who attended that day. Unfortunately, I could not experience the uplift that day but plan on returning and booking ahead to ensure my spot on the bus. Although, social distancing rules apply on the uplift most of all (understandably, considering the nature of it) so you must use a bubble group. I believe the price was high for just two riders so it's best to have a group going to book the uplift.
Overall, one of the best bike parks about and as explained, the staff are a credit to the company. Once again, Thank You!

D.Great place for a walk, would be nice to have a map of walk for the walkers, we just kept going and ended up on the summit of three rock when we just wanted to do a small loop of GAP :p But gorgeous views and nice picnic tables to have coffee and food. I asked for a piece of bread to give a baby and they charged my da 2.50 for a burger bun with nothing.... He nearly lost his mind 🤣

The gap offers amazing, well maintained, single track for all ages and skill levels, you can go from riding some gentle blue trails as a novice to some of the most demanding tech trails in one day, the level of improvement you can gain in one day is amazing,
I live in Dublin so go to the GAP offen enough to say that it has the best trails i have ever ridden. They are constantly improving and updating trails, with a recent massive overhall to the trails during lockdown. Riding these trails is a blast and there is nothing I love more than going down their wicked fun trails.
The variety of trails at The GAP is outstanding, there is everything from rooty loamy trails, rocks, massive jumps and smooth berms, in a single day you can get more variety of riding than in a whole season of riding.
The prices at the Gap are very fair, a full day uplift is 40 euros but when considering you can easily do more than 20 laps in that time, the money is well worth it.
The pedal up cost is 5 euros and again completlety worth it, i love getting a pedal up and sessioning trails like french connection.
The Staff at the gap are more than friendly, they help you with anything that can go wrong, on my last trip to the gap i got a flat, they brought me back down the trail in the uplift Van even though i had only paid for the Pedal up, They have very capable bike mechanics, I have never used one of there rentals before, however they are great bikes and look very well maintained.
The last and by far not least point is the food, the GAP has one of the best kitchens i have ever seen at a bike park, offering a wide selection of food and drinks, i would personally reccomend their famous chicken burger, the food is on the expensive side, however when your shredding trails all day you do start to get hungry, the food is well worth the cost.
This is the reason for my 5 stars, I love the GAP and will continue going whenever i can.

B. C.Wow! What can I say?....this was my second time to go to The GAP. The staff are so friendly, I punctured my front tube on my first a run and one of the team offered to change it for me. Great service to offered. (Changed it myself but nice to get the offer). The uplifts are fast and were always waiting when we got to the bottom. The guys have so many tips and lots of knowledge. Very enthusiastic, Like-minded bikers. The trail network has something for everyone, no need to feel intimidated if you’ve never been to a bike park. the trails are properly graded so you know what to expect and there is plenty of variety. I spent 3hrs there today and it just flew by. Didn’t get to try the cafe but the smell was great and there were plenty eating / drinking there. This is a well maintained, top class, facility which really should be checked out by anyone into mtb. Keep up the great work guys!!
D. M.The gap is a great day out. Trails are well maintained and the uplift service allows for lots of runs. The pedal up pass is great and it's not a huge cycle to the top so still get lots of runs in.The staff are all very friendly. There is shower facilities, toilets good amount of car parking spaces and the cafe is excellent.

G. Q.Great place for mountain biking, the prices are affordable, the lift up works every 10 minutes or so. There's a nice mix of trails, all well maintained. The staff is super friendly which creates a good atmosphere altogether. They have very clean facilities including showers. There's also a restaurant, burgers are savage and yet again prices are affordable. They're also environment friendly, for instance they give wooden cutlery rather than plastic, which is a nice touch! I was there only for an afternoon, but would definitely consider spending a full day to make the most of it.

The new jump line they built is one of a kind in Ireland and fantastic fun. It's easier then technical blacks as the jumps are all forgiving.
The rental is good value for quality bikes.
Only complaint would be the compulsory protective pads have worn out velcro so are more hazzle then they are worth.
The trail maps do not include trail names which would be helpful for a first time visitor.

Have been here a number of times since they opened, mainly for pedal up on my own bike, but recently arranged a work outing here (big smiles all round, lads and ladies), and took a few sneaky uplifts myself - fun times, but I still prefer to earn the descents! Everyone was very happy with the gear rental, and the burgers (as advertised) were heavenly...! Always happy to return for more (trails, and burgers)!!!

W. W.We came to Glencullen Adventure Park for the first time today without any previous mountain biking experience. The staff was very friendly explaining us different routes and showing us around. I have to say the track, we took the easiest one, was very well organised and although challenging in parts it was manageable by newbies like us :D We had a great time! Also, there is a small coffee shop/ restaurant on site and their burgers are divine! Very well priced too. After biking we went on a walking trail which is starting on site of the biking park. Lovely views! Thank you for a great day :)
C. D.Solid park. Great trails all round, for all different flavours of mountain biking. Trails are long enough to be enjoyable, but still quick enough to get around fast. I ride a hardtail there, but a full suspension is a pretty good decision for the more interesting trails.

I. D.Great day had there with my little (getting well bigger) boy. It was my first time proper time mountain biking and he showed me the way. He is truly obsessed with mtb and I see why now. Absolutely a great set up and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and excellent. Especially our driver (John?). Lifts are the only way to go. Rental bike was amazing. Want to buy one now!!! G. P.I absolutely love Glencullen Bike Park. I had a crash a while back on my very first try downhill biking and I was so well looked after whilst I waited to be taken to hospital. They sent me an email straight afterwards and said I could claim my full day. I went in today and did just that and had a ball. The facilities are super clean and include a box of toiletries. The food in the restaurant is real quality, the best burgers in Dublin. I was able to rent a bike there and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. A playground for adventurous adults and kids. If you aren't interested in biking the forest is really beautiful, perfect for relaxing walks there is a court cairn tomb and loads of wildlife including a healthy population of red squirrels. I wish there were more places like this. Thank you guys

We paid for a half day uplift service (€27) which is good value and a great service. It saves the old legs and gives you more time on the trails which is what it's all about for me. Having said that I believe you can cycle up in less than 15 minutes but I can't confirm that.
I only used the blue and some red trails which were both fun and challenging for me. The staff are friendly and helpful and unfortunately we even needed to use the onsite mechanics who were great and their prices were reasonable.
I will definitely be revisiting here in the near future.
P. M.Good spot for some uplift on an enduro bike or less. Cool flowie trails with all kinds of options. From beginner to experienced rider. Something for everyone. Not the place for your DH rig tho. Just nit steep enough Very effective and clean uplift service. Has excellent facilities toilets showers changing rooms and a restaurant on site. Every trail can be hit twice in one day so maybe not the spot for a full weekend riding. Welcoming and friendly staff.
T. P.Very fun place. €5 to pedal up and €20 to take the lift. The lift starts at 1pm. Pedalling up isn't too bad though.
The trails are very well kept. Good technical stuff. Not too bad downhill sweepers and jumps.

Kind and extremely helpful staff. I was quite nervous as it was my first time. Georgina, very pleasant lady with a lovely manner, put me at ease immediately. She explained everything very clearly before beginning, there was nothing to worry about. My son is 18 and he truly enjoyed every minute of it. Amazing experience. I urge everyone to give a go in "The Gap". Definitely coming back with my friends and family!

Berm city makes you feel like your riding on rails with some natural enduro/downhill style tracks to boot. Fast efficient uplift service or the option to peddle up a convenient dedicated trail. Full Coffee shop is about to open as I write with the guys currently doing
awesome gourmet burgers at the weekend. Bike rental is available with top level enduro and downhill bikes.
Booking is a must for the uplifts and bike rental.
