Hazle was really friendly and knowledgeable when we dealt with her regarding aquarium plants. Based on her knowledge and understanding we purchased some really beneficial plants for our new aquarium. 10/10 for customer service and knowledge.

Have been to other pet shop about a bearded dragon..The girl in the Petstop was so helpful..told me so much about how to look after the bearded dragon, I asked alot of question and she had the answers with detail and knew what she was talking about..other pet store just gave brief answers..I came out of the store happy with buying what I needed and knowing alot more then I went in...Very grateful...Will shop there again..👍

Staff are very, very helpful which is much appreciated. Although relatively cheaper than maxi zoo (my opinion) it is still expensive on the whole for buying items and food for your pet. With that said, they do have a great range of healthy food for pets and a lot of toys. Just be wary of your bill

Big pet store very well laid out and well stocked.Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, just as well because I haven't a clue when it comes to dogs, just popped in to get Xmas pressie for my son's dog, his pride and joy, delighted I went to the right pet store

Lots of young & unknowledgeable staff working today. Clueless and took a lot longer than than usual. Large Qs. Would consider going there again after the experience.
