N. L.As I get older I find that my knee and hip joints get stiffer. Since joining Yoga Roots my mobility has immensely improved. Aines gentle but dynamic practices are ideal for me. Her combination of medication, breathing and movement gives the perfect yoga experience.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Yoga Roots to anyone considering taking up yoga practice.
